  • This beautifully refurbished (August 2023) detached bungalow offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set in a quiet residential area just a 7-minute walk from Padstow Harbour. Ideal for families and couples, the property is pet friendly and features a fully enclosed garden with plenty of lawn space for children and dogs to enjoy.
    Accommodation includes:
    A king-size bedroom with en-suite
    A double bedroom with en-suite
    A twin bedroom adjacent to the main bathroom
    The home has been fully modernized over the past 14 months to create a bright, open-plan living space with a sociable, airy layout. It’s both energy-efficient and comfortable year-round, thanks to underfloor heating via air source heat pump, a wood burner, improved insulation, and solar panels with battery storage. Hot water is supplied by PV solar, backed up by the heat pump.

    Driveway parking for one car (with untethered EV charger) + on-road parking for two more

Perfect place to stay, only a short walk to Padstow harbour. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything was of a high quality. The host gave excellent service from the initial booking until we checked out. Would 100% recommend this bungalow

Stunning property 10 minute scenic walk into Padstow and a short walk to Tesco. Everything was there, games, books and everything you could need in the kitchen.We had a fabulous time and even had 3 barbecues during our stay.Lovely view from the front window, we really enjoyed watching the deer of an evening.

Fantastic property, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. Ideal position to go to Padstow harbour as well, all though it was a lot steeper than we realised to get down and back! Great place to stay, quite central to other attractions in Cornwall as well. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent quiet location, just a few minutes walk to Padstow Harbour. Great communication from the owners. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay away from home. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. We’ve holidayed in and around Padstow at least once every year for the past 15 years and I can easily say this is the best property we’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Great location just a 5-10 minute walk to the town, harbour and lovely walks. Large totally secure garden for our dog. The kitchen was brilliant containing absolutely everything you could wish for. The hosts were extremely accommodating. Thanks very much we will definitely be returning later this year.

Lovely well equipped bungalow with every reasonable need provided for and a very nice welcome pack and vase of flowers. The bungalow is well positioned for walking into Padstow. The accommodation also has a nice secluded garden which was nice for us and our dog.

Great house

Really enjoyed my time at this property - it's very well equipped, very comfortable and great location. Walking into Padstow was quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

Everything was 10/10 - communication, location, cleanliness, space and garden. The house is very well appointed, everything you need and more. The furniture and decor were exceptional. Having 2 ensuites and a main bathroom was great for our family holiday reunion. Parking was convenient and even my husband and I in our 70's could walk to the harbour. The grandkids enjoyed the backyard and the weather was superb and we had afternoon drinks on the patio. The extra supplies (including scones, jam and clotted cream) were a real treat also. Your house was beautiful, Jeremy. If we're closer than Australia we would stay again.

This was our second visit to this lovely property which is within easy walking distance to Padstow harbour for a great choice of pubs and restaurants. The garden is nice to relax in after a busy day and have a bbq if the weather permits. The property is a great base to explore Cornwall from and is ideal for couples or families. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect and beautiful property x stayed with our little sausage dog for Christmas. The home is stunning with everything you could need . Beautiful welcome pack , even had Christmas decs . Absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful bungalow. The accommodation layout was perfect for us, with large open plan living, spacious bedrooms and en-suites/bathroom allowing teens (and us) our own privacy. Owners have thought of all the little extras that make the stay easy - coffee pods, logs, oil & spices, washing liquid etc…. . It really was home from home. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks very much

What a fabulous property ! We couldn’t fault anything , the place was spotless and had literally everything you would need for a wonderful stay, including a lovely welcome pack.The house is in a quiet location but within a few minutes walk you are in the centre of padstow. Excellent property in the perfect location

The property has everything you could possibly need in a holiday home and it is beautifully decorated. It is 5 minutes walk from Padstow Harbour and just a short drive from some of the best beaches in Cornwall. Jeremy greeted us very warmly even though we were early, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this beautifully holiday home.

We had a great week away in what felt like a home-from-home. Everything has been thought of at this property and finished to an high standard - it made our stay so comfortable. We had our Labrador with us and felt very safe with him in the dog-friendly garden. The location is absolutely perfect as well. We had some typical Cornish weather with quite abrupt rain showers so being able to dash out and back to the harbour, bars & restaurants so easily was a blessing! Thank you to the amazing hosts for such easy communication and for the very generous welcome hamper
