“The heater was not working, since the days of my visit were still not the season to turn it on (as I was announced when I complained in reception); so, after several days raining and without sun in the region, it was very very cold and the room was frozen, so I had to stay with jacket in my room. Wi-fi was completely not working (they say it's an included service, but forget it), so I couldn't work when in the hotel. So I was quite uncomfortable during my stay”

“Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can.”
