“Hotel estupendo pero el servicio deja que desear”

“The views are stunning and the property clean; I especially loved the daily housekeeping. That being said , the property looks tired, most of the staff of the hotel seemed unhappy to be there, and the location was very inconvenient; the ferry to Hamilton was helpful but there was a long break in the middle of the day where it didn’t run and it didn’t run at all on Sundays! “Lovely, charming boutique hotel. Excellent staff, good food, clean rooms. Only complaint was the loud music booming from speakers near the pool. Annoying and not in keeping with the gentle atmosphere.”

I told him my feet were hurting and he went and got my sandals for me. The staff were very accommodating, rushed to be helpful, I had a great time . The pool towards the beach was very cool. The view was beautiful.”
