Although they did not have a mattress topper available for us during our stay, the staff was absolutely wonderful in trying to accommodate us by providing several blankets to place on top of the mattress in place of said topper. “Everything is clean and the vibe is really nice in my first impression. Staff is also very friendly. However, when I received my room, it is not right with whatever show on the website. There is a few things were broken in the room but the hotel didn't check before they let their guest to stay there. My bathroom has broken door handles, they knew it but they didn't fix it. Also, the water is hot during the day time but night time is not. Hope they will improve better in the future. ”

“Bathroom towels were from APA Hotel & Resort & color fated. I found insects and bug in living room and 1 of the bedroom. No slippers, no pool access (Pau ₫370K to access La Vela Saigon Hotel), both bathroom bedsheets were dirty and unhygienic to sleep. Also, I got bug bites on sofa. No laundry detergent when washing machines available. Underneath Kitchen sink super smelly and dirty. Kitchen utensils need to clean.”
