Perfect for a long weekend

Great property. Spacious for just 2 of us but could have easily accommodated our family of 4. The location was great with nearby amenities and easy access to outdoor activities.

Awesome place

My family stayed here to go skiing. The place was amazing. It was very clean and nice. It has lots of room for four to stay very comfortably. I highly recommend.

Home away from home

I enjoyed the 4 nights we spent here. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to everywhere we needed to be. It was handy having a washer/dryer and the kitchen was big enough for cooking actual meals. Management was responsive but not intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly Fun!!

We arrived and coming from Texas, everything is HOT. I was told our unit didn’t have AC. I did what I was told and we all adjusted well. Thanks for all of the Communication. . Outstanding hiking to waterfalls!!!!

We fell.in live of this place we first walk in! Is beautiful! Has everything you need! They have a cute welcome book and like a book that you can write to them! Victor from itrip was our host and he was available for us at all times if we ever need anything! We'll definitely come back in the future!

Quiet and clean Pagosa condo

Perfect place to call "home" for a week in Pagosa Springs (PS). Condo had everything we needed and management team was great with communication and handling small issue within a few hours. This condo is in uptown and easy walk to dining ,(we wished we brought our bikes, very nice area to bike around). Condo was clean and well appointed and had amazing views of Pagosa Peak from covered porch. Only drawback was no air conditioning. Thanks for a great stay.

This is the most beautiful place, we were celebrating our first year anniversary and we loved it, we had everything super close to us, our view in the morning was stunning, we got hot air balloons while having a coffee in the deck! Is super safe, the host hasa book with things to do that helps a lot and have like a scrapbook so you can write something to them! The place is great it has everything you need to sleep, cook, chill, etc! You have a lot of space! Super nice, we are definitely coming back very soon! Go ahead and check it out!

Comfortable accommodations for a small group

My teenage son and I rented this condo for spring break 2025. It met our needs well and we enjoyed our stay, both in this particular unit and in Pagosa Springs in general. The unit seemed very clean and was equipped with everything that you normally expect in a vacation rental. I appreciate that it was stocked with enough paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. to last through our stay. The location is super convenient, especially being close to a (nice) Walmart. The beds and sofa were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were painless, and the property manager was attentive.Our only real complaint is that the internet service was somewhat unreliable, which is a problem when you rely on streaming services for TV. This may be a local infrastructure problem beyond the control of the owner or property manager. Nevertheless, it is something a potential renter should be aware of.Aside from that, there are a few small maintenance items that could be addressed to increase the appeal of this unit, including replacing the worn-out mini blinds in the living room, repairing the faucet knob in the downstairs bath, and repairing the (entry) storm door so that it fully closes on its own.In summary, this rental met expectations, and I would consider staying here again in spite of its minor blemishes. I would not hesitate to rent another property from the same management company either.

Frustrated

I spend at least 30 days a year renting a place in Pagosa for business. Always through a third-party source such as this one. First the positive. Property manager was very flexible and helpful. The view of the mountains out the back is great. It could’ve been a great experience, except for the following: Upon arrival, I received a welcome text. It was almost lecture about resources. I love this town and work hard to take care of it how I can. I don’t need to be met with lecture. This cost me at least double stay normally does. However, the condo was very much outdated and not taken care of very well. Living room blinds were broken with pieces sitting on the windowsill. We were instructed to read the manual which devoted a great deal of time to lecturing about the owners values and the environment. Had they put as much energy into upkeep and upgrading it as they do into lecturing it would’ve been a lot nicer. The upstairs is terribly warm, Even with fans, even in the fall. Throughout the place one could see they went to great lengths to cut corners. I’m sorry to be so negative but honestly… I have had maybe one other such experience in the many times I have been renting places here. This was an expensive lesson to learn. I have consistently had wonderful experiences for half this price. To all landlords. Please save your lectures. I don’t need to be paying extra for that.

This is the second time we have used Itrip to stay here in Pagosa Springs. During both our stays the Itrip team has always provided outstanding customer service! They are easy to reach and make sure to answer any questions or concerns immediately! This last time they helped me with getting a place to stay here in Pagosa on short notice and made the process simple! The homes my wife and I have stayed at have been extremely clean and beautiful! Lovely area, comfortable condo

We have enjoyed several stays in this neighborhood and there’s always a lovely view and generally peaceful atmosphere. This condos lived up to that. Easy location to get around to local stores and sites. Nice layout, cozy appearance, and comfortable amount of space. Unfortunately the cleaning crew did not complete the load of laundry and report the broken washer so we couldn’t use that but the management was happy to try and send repairmen and communicated well with us. It also lacked toilet paper and the hair left behind on the bathroom floor tells me the cleaning crew likely just wasn’t on their a game that day and it doesn’t seem to be the norm of reviews so I think it was just a bad day. Management was kind and attentive to work with us on these concerns and I wouldn’t hesitate to give them another chance. Do look out for the nest of yellow jackets at the base of the stairs. You don’t want to step on it and be stung as we did. They will also come into the condo but there’s a fly swatter handy. We killed about 6 over a couple days. All in all the condo was comfy, clean enough, and once we got used to the minor inconveniences we really liked our stay. Bc management was so attentive I think we just hit an odd day and I’d definitely give it another try anytime. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We’d recommend it and hope to visit again!!

Wonderful

The total experience was one of ease and grace. We were well treated when we had some booking issues that were quickly resolved. The unit is sparkling clean and better than advertised. The towels are soft and the bed very comfy. Would highly recommend.
