Highs and Lows

Highs: The PS I Love You house is perfectly situated on the outskirts of town in a quiet neighborhood with a ton to do in the area for all ages. The house has more than enough space for 12 people, and is one of the best stocked rentals I have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, there was a high chair and pack-n-play for our little one, and lots of bathrooms so nobody ever had to wait. When an appliance broke, we notified the management company and they promptly brought over a new one. Lows: There were a few items about the stay that did not live up to our expectations. The listing says free WiFi, but it is WiFi in name only. A DSL connection, it was very spotty and rarely connected. When it did connect it was never functional and nothing would ever load, especially with 10 people in the house. Since the house has no central AC, the guidance is to sleep with the windows open, but none of the windows in the upstairs rooms have screens, so you’re either at the mercy of a hot room or mosquitoes. The upstairs room has it the worst, where it never got cooler than 80. While the management company isn’t responsible for adding central AC to the house, they should provide something more than a fan for the hot days. The dining room table is very small with only enough space for four people to sit and another four seats at the kitchen island, which seems odd for a house that sleeps 12. While we were there the HOA decided to paint the house and we were trapped inside for an hour.

Nice large condo for our family of 12 .. beside the bunk beds room, there was a trundle and a little loft room above that. It was a quiet location so we may have been the rowdy ones. I wish that we would have had a little more views in the evenings but we truly were always going somewhere. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and then 3rd floor bunk room is perfect for a large family. We came as a memorial trip for our parents. Pagosa Sp was our parent’s favorite place and spent all their summers there. Thank you for allowing us such a great landing place.

January stay at "Large Condo, great location"

The condo was nice overall and communication from/with the property manager was also very good. They responded to questions very promptly. The kitchen is well equipped. The condo has spacious bedrooms, but the living area and kitchen were very small for our group of 8 adults. The property sleeps up to 12, but there would not be adequate seating. There are no work spaces, and dining is limited to 4 stools at a table plus some stools at the bar.The largest inconveniences were 1) the lack of internet. We were able to connect the first night, but it was down the rest of our 4-night stay. 2) The lack of heat in two of the 5 bedrooms - they seem to have no vents. The other bedrooms were well heated. 3) Only one person could comfortably shower at a time because of the hot water on demand system throughout the whole house.

Girlfriends weekend

The listing is accurate, it’s a short driving distance to downtown Pagosa and the Hot Springs. We had a wonderful weekend with exceptional weather. Nice drive from Denver.

Great Getaway

This is a very nice property that can accommodate a large group. The listing has 4 bedrooms, but there’s a 5th bedroom (no closet or bathroom attached, but has privacy and a door) that can hold 3 children or 2 young adults as well, so it’s bigger than it seems. The living room is a wonderful gathering space big enough for everyone to be comfortable. Communication with the property management was easy and efficient. Parking is a bit harder with more than 2 vehicles but not impossible. Very clean and beautiful, as pictured. We will be returning!

One of the bedrooms had dirty sheets piled on the bed which we laundered and made up. A couple of the venetian blinds do not work in the family room. Other than that, we were exceptionally impressed with the condo. We enjoyed our stay at your home. My grand-daughter and I really loved the pac-man game upstairs. There was actually more room in your home than what was advertised, which was great. Thank you so much for letting our family stay there for the weekend.

Great Vacation

The house was great. Clean, spacious and had a wonderfully well-stocked pantry! It was within a few minutes driving distance to most activities and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely consider returning in the future.

Hunting Trip

Stayed here with some buddies for a hunting trip. Wonderful, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of privacy for everyone. The location was also very convenient being right between the two ends of town.
