Peaceful Getaway with Great Views

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable upstairs apartment. Plenty of room, clean, and spectacular views of the surrounding horse and cattle ranches along with the beautiful mountains.

Anniversary getaway

This is a beautiful property. Quiet, peaceful with amazing stars at night. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped, and close enough to town to make outings easy. Perfect for a restful getsway!

Beautiful location close to Pagosa Springs. Short distance into town but quiet and great views. Nighttime sky is full of stars. The rental is nicely furnished, kitchen has nice dinnerware, good utensils, full size appliances. The space is roomy and comfortable.

Great couples spot

Location is perfect! Very close to town while feeling out in the middle of nowhere. Owners that live down stairs are awesome and great to talk to if you get the opportunity. We will be back!

Beautiful and Peaceful

Neaux Better Place is a beautiful location and close to town, very easy to find. We did a lot of sightseeing locally and drove to Ouray and South Fork, CO. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We found this wonderful Honeyville company near Durango. The honey is delicious. We enjoyed our time in Pagosa Springs and at Neaux Better Place.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed 28 days. It was too short. The pictures don’t do it justice. Wonderful views everywhere. Open fields. Horses and cows nearby but not too close. Beautiful twelve and thirteen thousand foot mountains not very far away. Lots of deer in the morning and sunset. Unobtrusive and cheerful owners Warren and Dara living downstairs to answer any questions. Highly recommend. My wife and I will be coming back.

Neaux Better Place is correct!

We have stayed in many rentals and 'Neaux Better Place' ranks as one of the best. It is quiet and serene with a view of mountains and pastures of gorgeous horses. The unit is larger than we expected and has everything a couple needs for your home base while exploring Pagosa. Basics: kitchen is well stocked, fridge has ice maker, bed is comfortable, shower/water pressure is good, tv works well. The internet is a bit spotty so if you need to do some work, I'd have a hotspot. Also, there is a set of stairs to enter the unit which could be hard for folks with mobility issues. The communication with the rental managers was excellent and check in/out was simple. I highly recommend 'NBP' if you are a couple seeking a calm, quiet spot just a short drive from the bustle of downtown

Lovely property with beautiful views and surprisingly quiet. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. Spotlessly clean and well stocked, it’s a winner! If you love beautiful views in a quiet place that’s also super close to town and the slopes this place is a great value for your vacation dollar.

Birthday Weekend in the Mountains

My wife and I chose this property for a birthday get-away. The property was the perfect size for the two of us. The property is clean and convenient to town with gorgeous views across the valley into the mountains.

Had a great stay at Neaux Better Place. The property had everything to make my stay comfortable and WOW, what an amazing mountain view. Very convenient location not far from downtown Pagosa Springs. I hope to stay there again on my next visit and hope to experience the Hot Springs while there as well. Would highly recommend staying in this property if you are visiting the area.
