  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. The cabin was amazing! We played pool and games every night. The hot tub was great! The host made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Can't recommend this cabin enough!

We had a great time at your place. The house is great and spacious. Location is excellent for relaxing and still close enough to town for quick trips. The views are amazing and host was very accessible. It was an excellent experience and great getaway location!

Mountain family fun!

Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect & Private

The house was spacious and had lots of character. Our group was 5 adult men and we had plenty of space to stretch out. Location was great because we were very private with great views … but still only about 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery, and other amenities. All the large beds were very comfortable – the bunks not so much for an adult man … but overall still great.

Awesome cabin in pagosa

Upon driving up to the cabin we were pleased and it only got better. The place is so fun! If skiing wouldn’t have worn us out we could have done more. We used the hot tub every day after skiing and then made dinner. Beds are comfy, and it’s a fabulous place

Beautiful home

My family of four , along with my mother and sister stayed here and had plenty of room for everyone. It was in a wonderful location that seemed secluded although it was close to town. The house was beautiful, fully stocked , and there was plenty of room for the kids to play outside. The kids even found a child’s treehouse out back. Would definitely stay here again .

Relaxing stay for family wedding

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a wedding in NM, but wanted to stay in Pagosa with more restaurants. It was a nice, relaxing time. We weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub at all because of nightly thunderstorms during our stay. The main floor gets a little warm with little air circulation, but floor fans are provided in all the bedrooms to help move the air. The pool table in the basement was a nice distraction from the stress of the wedding. The setting is very peaceful with no back door neighbors that can be seen. Beautiful views all around.

Beautiful Colorado Cabin

This cabin was absolutely perfect! We all agreed this is one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was very spacious. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room between the 3 levels and 5 bedrooms. It is in a great location, about a 10-minute drive to town and about 40 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. The host texted me the morning of our arrival to let us know there was an issue with the gas fireplace, but they sent someone out the very next day to fix it. They were very quick to reply with any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Great family weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful. The neighbors are not close. Kitchen is well stocked even with condiments, coffee and sugar and some spices. Hot tub was wonderful! We accidentally planned this weekend during the solar eclipse we all sat on the deck watching the eclipse or Ring of fire. Our daughter is getting deployed next month and this was an awesome family getaway before she leaves.
