“Good ”

“The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!”

“Sedikit masukan aja klo bisa d hotel d taro dispenser agar tamu gampang untuk menambah air krn jatah air minum agak d batasi,tq”

“Kamarnya ok. Kmr mandi sedikit tua. Hotel dekat dengan pusat kota 👍👍👍”

“Amalia hotel, benar-benar hotel yang nyaman, hangat dan bersahabat, staf salesnya sangat membantu sekali, saya melakukan perubahan tgl menginap responnya sangat baik dan cepat, sqat check in receptionisnya langsung update perubahan, dan proses check in berjalan cepat. Mau kemana mana dekat, kamar bersih, ac dingin, kolamnya bersih ada tempat fitness yang lengkap, ada garden luas buat acara apa aja cocok banget. Makanannya enak. Parkir luas. Suka banget sm amalia hotel.”

“Tout était parfait dommage que notre voisin de chambre s’est montré trop bruyant tôt le matin (appels téléphoniques, télévision, crachats). Nous avions une chambre qui peut communiquer avec la chambre voisine. ”

WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. ”

“鉄道駅に割と近い”

“The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location. ”

“Perlengkapan di kamar ada saja yang kurang d perhatikan.. tisue habis, teh tidak tersedia (hanya kopi), lampu baca tidak ada.. harus lebih di perhatikan lagi”

“Always a great place”

“I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. Opened the window to help air out the smell. At...
