It worked great for the eight of us

The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are happy and their needs are taken care of. The three bedrooms worked great for our family of 8 and met our needs for our short vacation through the 4th. The home is spacious and inviting. This home was comfortable and has a nice front or back deck to sit under. We had a couple of minor issues that were promptly taken care of by simply messaging the owner. Recommended for a larger group (7-10) needing the amenities and basic accommodations a three bedroom two bathroom home can provide. Would be happy to work with the owners again in the future if we are in need of a pahrumph rental home.

Okay, but wouldn't stay again

Older double wide mobile home. Slight smell of cigarette smoke that you get used to after about 10 minutes. Would not recommend for people with allergies or sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Nice, comfortable house

The house was very roomy with comfortable beds and furniture. We appreciated the price, especially in comparison with the cost of staying at one of the properties in Death Valley National Park.

Comfortable and cozy

Great stay. Loved having a few items in the cupboards, spices etc that we didn’t have to go purchase. No deferred maintenance which is always a plus! Comfortable beds, the heat worked in the house which was important as we spent all day outside in the cold weather and wanted it warm when we came home. We would stay again!!

Perfect for Frontsight

We stayed here for a 4-day class at Frontsight. Master bedroom & bath has a king bed and twin bed. One room has a twin bed with a trundle, and the last room has 3 twin bunk beds and one double bunk bed. It was nice having simple things like trash bags, dish & clothes detergent, paper towels, etc. These accommodations were perfect for our family of 5 to attend the class.

Double wide manufactured home

The house was roomy and comfortable. The cost was reasonable for what we got. Kitchen needed more spoons. Can opener was broken so I had to buy a new one. Cookie sheet was raunchy so I bought a new one. Dryer was broken. Toaster oven was also broken but property manager ordered a new one that came the next day.

Fair Price, Fair Place

It was average for the area. We have stayed in a number of VRBO/Air-B-N-B arrangements in the Pahrump area over the past decade. This is better than some, and not as good as others, but fair for the price and location. There is plenty of room for parking and it is easily accessible from town, Death Valley and Front Sight, and fairly private. The nicotine smell from latent cigarette smokers permeated the building, but we got used to it after a few minutes inside. Interesting that there were a number of notes to keep the windows opened- which made it cooler than necessary at night. Also, the wifi password and digital lock combinations were generic in nature, making me think they don't really change them effectively (just rearrange the mnemonics but keep the digits the same) so I never felt that my possessions were secure when we left the building- though we did not seem to have any problems. Some things could use repairs , but they did not hamper our ability to eat and sleep there when we were finished with our activities nearby. Fair place at a fair price.

My stay was so enjoyable

This is a good place to stay, I highly recommend this property. The porch was wonderful, the sheets were soft and there was enough room to sprawl out. We were only a group of four, but there are beds for a lot more, a large family maybe. We had a little problem getting in and our host responded immediately and the problem was solved. It was a misunderstanding on my part. I gave it a five star rating because that was the only option I could see. It would have been a 4.8 because the mattresses were a little hard for me, but that is a personal preference. Enjoy your stay:)

Enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay! We were an extended stay, so we were very excited for the large SmartTV in the living area. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! Great communication and always there when we needed something. They even checked on us during the monsoon storm to be sure we were alright. Talk about caring folks who go the extra mile! We can’t thank them enough and would definitely rebook with one of their properties in Pahrump.

Over the hump to Pahrump

Met my Sisters in Pahrump to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. The location was only a mile from my Dad's, about 5 min to town, an hour from Vegas and an hour from Death Valley. The property itself was nice and very spacious and had lots of beds. We cooked every day and the kitchen was not lacking anything. The location is out in a rural area with lots of roosters to wake you in the morning.
