“My son and I had a wonderful time staying in this lovely ranch house in the Panoche Valley. I’ve always felt this area was the last piece of the old west, complete with cattle, tumbleweeds, roadrunners, and ravens. When you get away here, you really do get away from it all.. We definitely could have stayed longer. The house was very comfortable and my son liked the loft, though I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children since there isn’t a railing. “Great location for hiking day trips to Pinnacles National Park! It’s close by and we didn’t feel rushed even when we slept in late! The house is comfortable and was well stocked kitchen. We loved all the family games and foosball table! The WiFi is spotty but worked well enough. Great stay overall!”

“The property is amazing. Great layout and a fantastic view, 360°. The house itself could use a little work. A lot of spiders and cob webs. Some of the doors were hard to open and close. Minor stuff. We used house as a base camp for activities in Monterey and Santa Cruz. Drive was between 45 to 55 minutes, but pleasant. And to come home to the top of the Hill and overlook the Valley below was amazing.”
