“Our stay was fine, the staff were great, and it would appear that the property is going through some up dating as there were unfinished areas in the room such as missing skirting and holes in the ceiling. The carpet felt mew which was a great feeling when you entered the room. The Rayya Suites in Paihia is a place I would recommend, however I would encourage the owners to complete the renovations and it will be a fantastic place to stay. ”

“We stayed two nights and our luggage was opened, luckily we had not left anything valuable. In addition, we heard the footsteps from the upper room and the side rooms, there was no way to sleep.”
