It’s a two-minute walk to the beach and the wharf where you can catch a ferry across the bay to the historic town of Russell or some of the many others islands.

Many of the water based activities (sailing, diving, fishing, etc) leave from the wharf or nearby. And the wharf is a great place to watch the spectacular firework display on New Year's Eve.
You're just a short walk to a great selection of excellent restaurants, takeaways, shops, etc.

It is a great place to share with friends and/or family. You can relax and let the world go by, or be part of the action.

If you feel more energetic and want to see some of the many sights of Paihia and surrounds, The Bishop Selwyn has arranged a preferential hire rate with a local provider of kayaks, dinghy's and other water-sport equipment that will enable you to explore the many bays and inlets around Paihia.

If you want to stay on dry land, a selection of bicycles are available at the resort which will enable you easy access to many of the nearby tourist sights or explore some of those more remote out of the way spots. Golf clubs and tennis racquets are also available.

This award winning luxury complex has undercover parking for one car, and once in the apartment you can relax and take advantage of the solar heated swimming pool, spa pools, sauna, BBQ (all on the same level as your unit) plus you also have access to the ‘owners’ lounge with even big-screen TV, pool table and table tennis and more.

Your apartment has a TV in the lounge and the bedroom, and you can borrow DVDs from reception or take your own.

It sleeps a (maximum) of 4 people and features an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a king size bed with a very large en-suite bathroom, bath, twin basins, a bidet, separate toilet. There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge, plus a second bathroom with separate toilet. All linen supplied.

Your apartment also has a full kitchen and laundry facilities, and quality chattels including Sky TV and DVD/CD players.

The lounge and bedroom both open out onto the private sun deck, with outside table and chairs where you can relax, eat or enjoy drinks before dinner. There is also a sun lounger for those that like to sunbathe.

The apartment has been recently refurbished, giving it a fresh, modern appearance.
