“My 90 year old Mum and I stayed for one night while visiting family. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Super comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast included speciality coffees and a good menu of choices. The sun shone for us and we enjoyed the outside spaces. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“Welcoming helpful staff. Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality. On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early. Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom.”

“Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. I will return without doubt as a perfect...

“We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. Había un tipo borracho dormido en recepción el día 2 de nuestra estancia. ”
