“Very clean and simple, no TV. Great view of the bay, breakfast was delicious. ”

“What a GREAT place to spend time with the family. Great location to the river and the beach. AC was cold, spacious, the BACK PORCH was the best place in the house. Sat and drank coffee watching the river roll by. Kids fishing, birds, raccoons, dolphins, NO neighbors were home... It was Perfect!”

“The house was very nice. Lots of room for people to sleep and living area is a great set up. I believe we stayed just after some construction was done because there were some materials and beer bottles left in the deck outside but it wasn’t a bid deal to pick up and move them out of the way. The owner also don’t send us the instructions at check in and I had to call but they responded quickly and we did get in the house without any issues. ”

“Wifi worked solidly, even got some real work done without interruptions here.”

“Excellent stay.”

“Loved it! The home was very accommodating and enjoyable for our group. The private pier was a winner, and the host was super helpful. We will stay again!”

“Perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house was well maintained, clean and has plenty of amenities plus we had more than enough room to hang out and cook in the evening.”
