Estudio-De Lujo-Baño con ducha-Vista a la playa-Coastal Cottage Bay House

Nuestro lugar está situado justo enfrente de la bahía de Tres Palacios. Con hermosos amaneceres para mirar desde el porche delantero. Hay una rampa para botes y varios muelles de pesca al otro lado de la calle. Tenemos mucho espacio para que estacione su bote por la noche, detrás de nuestro lugar.

Es un estudio con entrada privada y un patio privado con mosquitero. Hay una cama queen size y una cama de colchón futón de resortes de tamaño completo. Tenemos una pequeña cocina para su uso con casi todas las comodidades. Hay una estufa de dos quemadores, olla de barro, máquina para hacer panini, batidoras y varios artículos y utensilios de cocina.

El baño privado tiene una ducha de 60 "con cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia y 8 chorros de masaje para su relajación.

Palacios tiene un hermoso malecón iluminado de 2 millas de largo. Es muy agradable para un paseo romántico y para disfrutar de las muchas, muchas aves playeras y pelícanos. También es una carrera perfecta para el atheltic.

Puede hacer un picnic en muchas de las mesas a lo largo de la bahía. Si tienes niños, hay parques infantiles náuticos increíbles para entretenerlos. Es una experiencia tan agradable estar en Palacios, Texas.

También hay tres rampas públicas para botes y numerosos muelles y muelles iluminados para la pesca y 2 millas de aceras iluminadas. El histórico Luther Hotel está junto al paseo marítimo.

Perfect

Coastal Cottage is a very cute and clean efficiency. The owners have anticipated your needs for comfort and for enjoyment. The owners were also very helpful with some crazy weather issue that popped up. Loved my stay.

Family outing

The cottage was our first time stay and it was very accommodating and clean. Mrs. Marianne, owner kept in contact to help ease our first-time experience. Family and I will revisit and tell everyone about our experience. Cottage felt like home and area had everything near-by.

Nice get away!

My husband & I spent two days on this property! The location was convenient to great fishing spots. The shoreline was literally right across the street, a short walking distance away. The owner was nice & helpful. We will definitely make a return trip!

Costal Cottage Bay House

The Costal Cottage Bay House was a perfect spot for a needed get away, the location is definitely what makes this property. Seeing the sunrise in the bay every morning is worth every moment. The Point store is a 3 minute walk and the bay is also walking distance. The owner are definitely great host, I would definitely recommend if you planning to visit Palacios, Tx to try out the Costal Cottage Bay House.

Excellent property with water view

Marriene and her husband are supper nice people...the apartment was excellent ...super clean...and cozy...the location of the apartment is excellent 2 min walk to the water ..so for fishers' excellent location, you can walk like 1.5 mile on the shore.....thanks for the great hospitality...Mike

Property is very nicely decorated. Close to fishing. Kitchen well equipped but refrigerator doors need to be switched to open right to left. Not hard to do. Overall pleasant experience.

Don't pass this one up.

It was perfect for two. Clean and lovely. All appointments were new and state-of-the-art, kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, etc. The owners are lovely and happy to help with any request. Don't pass this one up.

Beautiful Coastline

What a lovely job the owner did on this little studio space. It truly does have everything you need. We enjoyed the outdoor seating provided and the cheerful indoor space. All small towns are struggling to get back on their feet right now, but Palacios offers much beauty along the well-maintained coastal path featuring fun playgrounds, picnic areas and water access. We felt sincerely welcomed by the owner of the cottage, local restaurateurs and shopkeepers.

Located in a quiet, scenic area. Excellent value. Just a few steps away from the waterfront of Tres Palacios Bay. Cottage is small but very comfortable. There is no conventional stove or oven; instead there are hot plates and a toaster oven -- but we were able to do all the cooking we wanted.

Cottage was clean, great management service and nice location.

I would recommend it for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway. The rain was the only downside of it.
