“We loved our weeklong stay at this home. The location could not have been better. It was very comfortable and we felt like we lived there. We loved sitting in the screened in porch to watch the birds and boats going by. We were able to walk to restaurants and activities in Old St. Augustine. The trolley station is right on the corner 2 blocks down. If you are coming to this area you really need to stay here. You will be pleased.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The owners were attentive to our needs. We loved the quietness and relaxation of fishing, kayaking and seeing the beauty. I think it would be a good idea to have certain instructions in the cottage. The instructions could include WiFi passwords, door code and/or how the owners would like the place to be left. I have seen this at other properties and it worked well.”

“Very comfortable! Very Clean and well equipped kitchen furnished with everything necessary for as much cooking as we wanted to do. Comfortable bed and functional bath. Close to beautiful, wide, and in May mostly empty beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants. We hope to return next spring.”

“Memorial Day weekend visit. Place was in a good neighborhood and easy to find. House was well stocked and clean. Place seems to be recently updated. Reason for 4 star on description was the pool. I thought it was a subdivision or HOA type pool. It’s a government community pool about a 1/2 mile from house. Overall great place to stay. Just be aware of the pool situation if that’s important to you.”

“Clean and comfortable cottage We enjoyed our stay at lincolnville cottage. The interior is like new! Very clean and comfortable. Location is good. Just a tad too far from the historic district and restaurants for us to walk but is easily walkable for anyone without physical restrictions. We travel with a dog, there is a nice park ball field a block away and was perfect for walking our dog. Neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. Fit our needs perfectly!”
