Terrible!!! I will never come back.
The bed and mattress were completely worn out. I paid for two nights but stayed only one — I had to move to another hotel.
I sent a message informing that I was leaving one day earlier and received no guidance or response at all. It seems you do not pay attention to messages left by your guests.
The room is nicely decorated, but the bed — which is the most important thing — is very bad.
The check-in was also very problematic because it is online. The link would not open in the app and my internet connection was unstable. I am a foreigner and upon arrival the internet is often unreliable. There was no staff member present to assist.
The building is very ugly and old, and some floors did not even have lights. I had to climb the stairs using my phone flashlight. The elevator is decrepit.
Parking in front is impossible. The street is extremely busy and you can barely stop to unload luggage.
A truly disappointing experience.
