Encantador, tranquilo, nuevo estudio con un hermoso jardín privado justo en el corazón de Palermo, a pocos pasos de las principales atracciones turísticas (Teatro Massimo 5min. -Politeama 3 min. - Catedral 10 min. A pie).
Ubicado en una calle tranquila, este estudio está situado en la planta baja de un precioso edificio de estilo liberty, y este es un lugar ideal para explorar Palermo. El apartamento es moderno y luminoso, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Sin necesidad de transporte, todas las atracciones están a poca distancia. Geweldige locatie aan de voet van het oude centrum. Rustig. Sfeervol. Carlo staat bij evt vragen direct voor zn gasten klaar. Prachtige tuin met citroenbomen. Wel rekening houden met mosquito's.

Perfekte Lage. Erholsame Oase in der Stadt mit Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, es gibt eine kleine Küche und Carlo hat tolle Tipps gegeben. Er war immer erreichbar. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort.

Carlo was a wonderful host, gave great insight into Palermo and ideas for good places to visit. We felt very at home in the apartment. The location is perfect: quiet but in walking distance to the train, city centre and many sights.

Excellent property for our 4 night stay. Well located equidistant to Politeano and Teatro Maximo, just like description. Carlo was excellent host. Communication issue is because we know no italian, Carlo was good we just listen poorly. Property was clean and well outfitted. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Formidable séjour à Pamerme

La maison est idéalement située dans Palerme, près du centre historique, plus besoin de voiture. Le logement est calme, et la vue sur le jardin est très agréable. Aldo est très accueillant et très serviable. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Palerme.

Ein grünes ruhiges Gartenparadies in der Altstadt mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Die Lage des Studio ist ausgezeichnet: alles zu Fuß erreichbar. In einem üppigen Garten gelegen ist es eine wunderbare ruhige Oase. Alles perfekt sauber und gut eingerichtet. Carlo hat sich prima um uns gekümmert und gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The perfect holiday location in Palermo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The flat was cosy, super clean and in walking distance of most of the sightseeing points. Yet because of the garden it also gave out a really calming atmosphere.

Perfect apartment

Wonderful apartment. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The amenities are great. I was there for 10 days and didn't need a car, as everything is within walking distance. Carlo gave me great tips.

Quiet home away from home

This beautiful property is tucked in a neighborhood in the middle of everything. All sights are within walking distance. The room was clean and well stocked. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from a vacuum clean to breakfast our first morning. He even had our laundry done. The backyard is adorable with the fruit trees and stray kittens running around. I would stay here again if I was back in town.

Nice appartment near the city center of Palermo

We really enjoyed our stay in Carlo's apparment. The appartment is really well located. You will arrive in the city center within a 20 minute walk. The appartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. In the garden there are a lot of cats, which is why (unfortunately) you cannot eat outside. Carlo is a really gracious host. He explained everything upon our arrival. He also helped us pointing out the highlights of the city on the map. During our stay we had some questions, and he was always willing to help. We would reccomend this appartment to everyone.

The host - super nice & attentive. Location-convenient tho not in a nice part of town. Apartment-adequate but lighting was poor, dirty or not working especially in kitchenette & bedside. Grounds-unkept, overgrown, no hammock. No washer found, just access to his washer offered.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Wir hatten fünf sehr schöne Nächte in Carlo's wundervollem Appartement und können einen dortigen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Selbst für ein kleines erstes Frühstück und eine Flasche Wasser wurde im Voraus gesorgt. Grundsätzlich war Carlo ein perfekter Gastgeber und die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief sehr entspannt. Der schöne Garten, welchen man durch die Fensterfront auch aus dem Appartement heraus bestaunen konnte, sowie die zentrale Stadtlage haben diese Unterkunft zu einem Ort gemacht, an welchen wir nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag gerne zurückkehrt sind. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Kurztrip Palermo

Mein Aufenthalt war ganz wunderbar. Die Studio Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Garten wunderschön. Carlo ist sehr freundlich und hat mich super in Empfang genommen und alles genaustens erklärt. Er stand auch für weitere Fragen oder Ähnl. stets zur Verfügung. Wüde ich jederzeit wieder buchen und sehr empfehlen.

Trois jours a Palermo

Un petit coin de paradis à quelques pas du centre historique de Palerme. Le jardin est un havre de fraîcheur, le logement est aménagé de façon tres fonctionnelle et avec goût. Nous gardons précieusement cette tres bonne adresse et n'hésiterons pas à en faire de la publicité autour de nous.

Schöne Tage in Palermo

Wir haben Mitte Mai zehn Tage in Palermo verbracht und in dem Ferienappartement von Carlo gewohnt. Es ist ein schöner, funktional eingerichteter Schlafraum mit Küchenzeile und Bad, dessen Highlight fraglos der herrliche Orangengarten ist. Hier haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist erstklassig, denn wir konnten von hier aus alle Ziele mühelos fußläufig erreichen. Carlo ist ein sehr freundlicher, engagierter und jederzeit bemühter Gastgeber, der sich um jede Kleinigkeit sofort gekümmert hat. Gleich zur Begrüßung erhielten wir von ihm einen Stadtplan von Palermo mit Hinweisen zu wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und einem begeisterten Input zur reichen Geschichte der Stadt. Kurzum: wir hatten in Carlos Appartement in Palermo eine wunderschöne Zeit.

A cozy, quiet little place with garden view

This is my third stay in Carlo's studio apartment and it was like coming home. The design of this compact place is just right because it was put together by Carlo and his wife, both architects. So, whether the tenant is a man or woman, their needs have been anticipated. A kilim on the floor and artwork on the white walls make the place bright and pleasing to the eye. Coffee,bottled water, jam and croissants are a nice welcome to a weary traveler. A bakery, restaurants and supermarket are nearby and the bus to the airport is about 9 blocks away. Two thumbs up!

a satisfying return visit

I stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed the privacy of the garden, with its orange trees and resident cats. The view makes the studio seem larger. The host, Carlo, is very responsive. The Capo market, cathedral, gourmet supermarket and opera house are in walking distance as well as the Politeama stop for the airport bus (only 6E). The kitchen is well equipped and the bed and pillows are wonderfully comfortable. The only disappointment was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom.
