Wonderful Italy switched our B n B without our knowledge as they sent a email and we did not receive this travelling. So when we arrived to the location that was sent via Whats App my senior disabled father was unable to stay with us because he could not walk 4 flights of stairs. I have to rent him another B n B and he stayed separate from the family. Dealing with the local representative from the company was horrific. She told me that if my father was not in a wheelchair it was not their problem and she hung up on me. The young woman who was checking us in was lovely and very apologetic. The apartment itself was great but Wonderful Italy was a terrible experience.
