“Beautiful property surrounded by just as spectacular views. Short trip into town if needed or you can enjoy nature in peace. One thing to note is the gravel road up to the house can be intimidating for those who aren't comfortable with it but it's definitely worth the trip. Would 100% recommend and would come back to stay longer in a heartbeat”

“Checkin smooth and communication excellent. Property was spotless and filled with lots of extra supplies. Huge yard for our dog filled with gardens and garden decor. The two hammock chairs are simple spectacular for floating in the air, relaxing. Placed right between palisade and grand junction. 10 minutes to each. Beautiful off leash dog park at Riverbend park on the Colorado river 10 minutes away. Wine country and Orchards a hop, skip and a short drive away. 357 restaurant and slice of life...

“Ghetto is too good for this property it sits on the corner of 2 very busy streets so it was super loud. It was the worst place I booked. The A/C wasn't working, the internet was having issues, the was no propane for the grill, and the weeds in the front yard were waist high.The host wasn't all that willing to rectify the problems either. I wound up not staying there (thank God) due to all of these issues. VRBO's support wasn't that great either. I will never recommend this place or VRBO to my...
