Great choice

This is a great property and great hosts! Everything is high quality and the bed is very comfortable. It is furnished to feel like a home rather than a rental property and has everything you need. We have already booked for a return stay.

Just as nice as it gets

This is our third stay at one of John and Carmel's condos. Their accommodations are well furnished and up to date. The interior furnishings are lovely. Location is convenient and quiet.

Exceptional Second Stay

This was our second stay with these owners and our trip was exceptional. The care and attention to details in the unit were truly outstanding. We will certainly be returning to Florida again and we are looking forward to staying with these owners again in 2023.

Weekend away to visit family

We had a quick stay in Palm Beach Gardens. This condo is beautiful and has everything you need (even bar and appetizer supplies). Carmel was lovely and easy to communicate with, wonderful terrace, the pool is right downstair and perfect location to get to and from everything in Palm Beach area. Loved it and will absolutely stay again!

Everything about our stay was 5 stars!! The condo is beautiful!! Beautifully decorated!! Great linens ect!! Everything you need is there! The owners were wonderful and came by to see how everything was!! We will be back!!Oh and the pool is right there as well!!

The location was great, the condo was beautiful, and we were so happy with our short stay!! Carmel made sure we had cold water waiting and was very helpful with our booking. We look forward to coming back in the area so we could stay here again!!

Golf Trip

Our stay at Carmel and John's Elegant Golf Villa was just perfect. There were two of us here for some golf course work and some play. It was perfectly located for us, and the accommodations were just as advertised. Would absolutely return !!

Ideal Stay at PGA

Villa is very well appointed with every detail covered. Updated and well furnished interior with great wraparound screened deck. Carmel is incredibly responsive and a very generous host. Seamless arrival and check-in process. Location is outstanding! Walking/biking/kayaking, Fantastic restaurants, gorgeous beaches, golf, and much more within 15 minute drive. Villa is located in a Very attractive upscale area

Outstanding attention to details

This unit in the Golf Villas at PGA National is beautifully renovated with incredible details that created outstanding comfort for our recent visit. The bedrooms and baths were brimming with fresh linens and towels plus we had a fully equipped updated kitchen. Plus the addition of beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella made this an absolute perfect selection for a warm Florida get-away! The owners are extremely accommodating and helpful in everyway. Looking forward to our next stay.

Well-appointed and Great Golf Location

The condo was as advertised. A nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full baths with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Great info and communication by our hosts. WiFi, cable tv and Netflix. Condo is steps from the pool and located within PGA National for golf. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

If you are looking for a beautiful and inviting place in Palm Beach Gardens… this is the place. Look no further! From the moment we arrived, we knew we found a true gem. The place is beautifully decorated with no detail spared. The owners have thought of everything would needed for our stay. Communication with Carmel was so easy. She was prompt and quick to respond. Superb Stay at John and Carmel's Condo

Carmel and John were the best Hosts for the absolutely fantastic condo. Carmel was so terrific, making sure that all our questions were answered, even before we asked them! I would highly recommend Carmel and John as Hosts. The condo itself was pretty, bright and open and comfortable and so well appointed. Everything was perfect inside and out-- the views from the wraparound porch were lovlely! We would 100 percent stay here again and give the entire experience one million stars! Thank you for hosting us -- Bruce and William had the best time!

Great stay

The golf villa was perfect! From the fully stocked kitchen to extra linens to the very comfortable beds to the beautiful decor, it was the best ‘home away from home’ that we could have hoped for. The pool and surroundings were beautifully kept and the neighbors were very welcoming. Carmel and John were great hosts and left their personal numbers in case we needed them. Carmel made a special trip for a cable box and, because we hadn’t had a working TV in our living room for a few days, they gave us gift cards to a lovely restaurant. When we returned to our villa on St. Patrick’s Day we found a gift basket full of goodies from them. It was obvious they went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable experience. Everything about our vacation truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a great month!!! Lisa and Frank

We just completed our 1 week stay at this wonderful rental . We cannot say enough good things about the condo , from the decor & it’s comfort. It is immaculate & so well equipped ! The hosts Carmel & John have really put their heart & soul into making it a true home away from home . The location is ideal & the property is lovely . It was extremely quiet & peaceful . Thank you for providing this wonderful & much needed stay for us !

Beautiful Villa

Had a wonderful stay. The villa is exactly as it appears, it is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything one would need. The owners were attentive and checked in to assure my stay was top notch. Highly recommend any property hosted by Carmel and John.
