Photos of house and grounds were accurate. Very quiet neighborhood and close to main roads and dining/shopping options. Large TV in main room was great, appreciated that they had an active cable subscription. Beds were soft, pillows seemed really old. Master bathroom was nice, other bathroom was fine. Kitchen supplies could use updating, such as the pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting boards. Some looked beat up and like end of life hand me downs. The kitchen and main room needed a thorough wipe down of all surfaces. Cabinet and drawer handles in the kitchen felt grimy. Light switches, particularly in the main areas, were dirty. I bought a can of Clorox wipes and hit as many surfaces as I could. Overall the place was clean... it just needed proper attention to high touch areas. Front door was a physical key... would have preferred a keypad code instead of having to carry around the physical key everywhere.
