Clean, well-appointed Golf Villa

This property is well maintained, immaculate, updated, and well-located. If you’re looking for a property in the Golf Villas community, this is one of the better offerings you’ll find. The modern updates make for a comfortable stay with lots of room. We especially enjoyed the clean outdoor area that provides dining space and comfortable seating. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in our beautiful condo. Recent renovation made for a 5 star home for us. Quiet and plenty of parking Close to plenty of wonderful restaurants. Hope to visit again

Peaceful, natural environment

Beautiful place, feels brand new. This villa is situated nicely on the water, feels private. Little egrets and ducks can be seen from time to time, wraparound porch and views were lovely. There were plenty of towels and household supplies, but could use a couple more pans in the kitchen. The listing says Sonos wireless is available, I never found it and my question about this remained unanswered. Many VRBOs have a binder with tips and instructions, this property could use one. We could not work the TV in the master bedroom despite much fiddling with the remotes and were baffled by how to lock the keypad door upon exit. The door we eventually figured out. The day before there was a hefty legal document to initial and my license was required, byt I did not receive my check in instructions until 12 minutes after check in time. This kind of thing can make a traveler nervous! However, this is a legit listing, it is beautiful, I would stay again.
