This was a very clean and modern house. It had lots of space for everyone and felt very comfortable and bright. The backyard amenities are great and the location is fantastic. Very near shopping and beaches. Would stay again.

Nice house and it was exactly as presented in the photos. Good communication with the owners who were responsive to addressing a few items (some minor and one major) while we were there. The hot tub, unfortunately, did not work the entire week but these things happen. The location was perfect for our needs and was quiet even though it was near the street. Would have given a 5 star rating absent the hot tub problem.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would not hesitate to book again. The home is very spacious and comfortable, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfect for a group. The kitchen was excellent—well stocked with everything you could need—and we appreciated the thoughtful extras such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, and even coffee.The outdoor amenities were a highlight for us. The pool, hot tub, and putting green kept both the adults and kids entertained, and our boys especially loved the hot tub after long days at the baseball tournament.The location initially gave us pause since the house is near a train track, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the interior well insulated from the noise, and it did not disturb us at all. The neighborhood itself felt safe and welcoming.If we had one critique, it would be that there is only one television in the living room. With a larger group, it would have been more convenient to have TVs in the bedrooms so everyone could enjoy different programs. That said, it was a small inconvenience compared to all the positives this property offered.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, roomy, and well equipped, and the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We are grateful to the host for providing such a well-prepared property and would happily return in the future.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed staying somewhere in a nice neighborhood, with great amenities. We enjoyed hanging by the pool after a hot round of golf. Great spot, would absolutely come back!

Great Location! Beautiful and elegant home!Family stay for a couple of nights to attend a daughter’s wedding. It was perfect and accommodated many of my relatives..The home is as described and has plenty of room. Would definitely recommend.

I rated this listing 4 stars because check-in was easy, and the location is central to golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was clean and well-upgraded, but the air conditioning only adequately cooled one side, with a significant temperature difference between the bedrooms on that side. This could be uncomfortable in Florida's 95-degree summer heat. Thankfully, only three of us stayed, so we didn’t need those rooms. This issue might deter me from returning, because the hosts stated the air conditioning had been serviced. The backyard is nicely fenced but not as well-maintained as the photos suggest, while the interior photos accurately represent the listing.

4th of July Getaway

We enjoyed a weekend away with friends and family! Home was spacious and accommodations were great for our group. Backyard was wonderful. Home was in close proximity to groceries and restaurants. Hosts were responsive to our needs.

Fun in the Sun

A fabulous location to all the fun in the sun.Loggerhead, Juno, Dubois, Downtown, Uptown and some golf. So great to come back to a place after a day of adventures that’s clean, modern , refreshing .

Winter Golf getaway

Property was as described, we had no issues and the owners were super quick to respond to any questions. I deal location 15 min from the airport and 5-15 min from anything you would want to see. I would definitely stay at this house again and would recommend it without pause.

Our employees stayed here, while working on a big project in West Palm Beach, and they were really happy with the beautiful place to relax in, around their hectic schedule. The home & pool were both lovely, & they had everything they needed & more. Great & safe location, and very communicative hosts. All were perfect. Highly rec!

Amazing time at Tres Palmas in Palm Beach Gardens!!!

Adam and Tara have a diamond in the rough with their gem "Tres Palmas". Location: everything is within 8 mins - Publix, Costco, Walmart, Target, ABC and the house is in a really nice, safe neighborhood. If we needed something, it wasn't far away. Clean and neat space: the house is super clean and everything is where it should be. Action packed backyard: Pool, hot tub, putting green, hammock, gazebo, outdoor shower. We spent majority of our time in the backyard and it was unbelievable. Some areas of opportunity... we are a big Italian family that loves to cook, so we had some difficulty with the stove top that wouldn't allow us to boil a big pot of pasta or use our stovetop coffee maker. It would have been awesome to have a gas stove top instead of the induction cooktop. Dining table could be bigger: we had to be creative to get all 9 of us sitting around the dining table for 4. Watching movies in the living room was not the most comfortable with only 4 or 5 of us on the couch and the rest of us on the dining room chairs. It would have been nice to have a big L shape couch to seat majority of the fam. Lastly, we had a blast playing ping pong and street fighter in the garage, but it was super hot in there. It would have been cool to have an AC unit in there. These aren't complaints, just some opportunities for improvements. Overall - we had a blast and will definitely come back in the future! Thank you Adam and Tara for building this oasis!!
