"I am requesting a refund for this stay because the condition of the unit was far below what was advertised and it significantly affected my experience. The biggest issue was in the main bedroom. On the first and last nights, we heard constant scratching, running, and loud movement inside the ceiling, apparently caused by rodents or other animals. The noise was so strong that it felt as if the animals might fall through the ceiling onto the bed. Because of this, I was unable to rest properly. This was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. The next morning, I noticed visible gaps near the kitchen window where the ceiling meets the wall, which appeared to be possible entry points for the animals. The overall condition of the unit was also disappointing. The property did not match the quality shown in the listing photos. The unit had a musty smell upon entering, and it felt old and poorly maintained. The front door showed visible patchwork repairs, and several areas gave the impression of neglect. The kitchen was also not in good condition. The cabinet doors had damaged woodwork, and the area overall did not look well maintained. The visible damage and poor presentation made the unit feel very different from what had been advertised. In addition, the cleanliness of the exterior areas around the unit was poor. The stairwell had leaves scattered around, and the floors appeared not to have been cleaned. I reported the animal noise issue to the front desk, but the response was dismi"

"Ok for a quick stop when looking a place to sleep while on the road, food was ok, pancakes were really good, but room wasn’t as clean, and saw a cockroach next to the waffle maker."

"The staff was rude , we were asked for our room card two times just because there was someone trespassing into the hotel, and the staff didn’t ask no one else . We were in the indoor pool, and they locked us after asking for room card two times. They made me feel uncomfortable and racially profile. Then at night we went to Delfinos , I called to make a reservation they didn’t answer the call so we just walked in and the server was rude too, I told him that I tried to do a reservation trought the phone but they didn’t answer and he said that it wasn’t his problem , and that also I couldn’t get a table until 9 pm . He also told me I should leave and go to any of the others restaurants, we were properly dressed so I don’t know for what reason he treated us like that , it made me feel uncomfortable and belittled. I would not like to come back to the hotel , the room also had a really strange vibe , something wake me and my girlfriend at 3 in the morning. The installations are really good and everything looks good on the hotel but I did not like the treatment i received , I’ve had stayed at more expensive hotels , in Miami , in key west , in Daytona and in none of those places I felt as bad as I felt in hammocks resort"
