The primary bedroom features a King bed, while the guest bedroom also offers a king bed, giving both bedrooms a comfortable and elevated feel. Enjoy easy indoor-outdoor desert living with sliding glass doors that open to the back patio, a private BBQ, relaxing outdoor space, and access to multiple community pools throughout the resort.



Guests may also enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, and other club amenities, subject to availability and any applicable club fees.

***Important Need-to-Knows***

-Strict Palm Desert sound ordinance applies

-Minimum booking age is 25

-IDs are required for all guests ages 18 and older

-External rental agreement must be signed

-Pets are not permitted without prior approval and a pet fee of $25 plus tax per pet, per day

-Community speed limit is strictly enforced at 25 mph. Any fines are billable to the guest and may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Refunds issued per the cancellation policy will be refunded at 95%

-To keep communication simple and organized, we ask that all booking-related communication remain with the main guest through the booking platform. Additional guests may call or text our company number if needed

-Clubhouse, pickleball, tennis, community pool, and spa access are permitted, though some amenities may require additional fees or be subject to community rules and availability
