Fred, the concierge, responded in a timely way to all our needs or questions. He is very personable was a real asset to our experience. The condo is completely up to date with all the kitchen amenities you could want. It is super clean and freshly decorated in mid century style. From the linens to the furniture everything was high quality. And it is comfortable and dog friendly!We will be back!

Woodhaven condo Palm Desert

We had a great time staying in Palm Desert. The condo was beautiful, the location was very nice and the community was wonderful as well.The Manager (Fred) was so nice to work with.. He was friendly and easy to contact when we had questions.

Great place and great location

Communication with Fred was great! Responded quickly to questions and provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Would have given 5 stars, but quality and quantity of food preparation items was lacking. Also, other rental units provided a golf cart for their guests

Woodhaven heaven

Very comfortable property. Nice view of course and mountains. Property manager Fred very helpful. Back patio does collect a golf shot now and then, and stays mostly in the shade. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Beautifully decorated home.

The home is immaculate. The decor is mid-century with art work throughout and the furniture is perfect for Palm Desert. Fred is a great host. He responds immediately if needed. We loved our stay.

Property manager Fred was excellent! Very attentive and responsive to our needs.

Loved the size of the property and especially the master bedroom. Community was very quiet, safe and friendly. The view out the balcony doors was amazing of the green, well maintained golf course. Residence was well equipped for our stay. Property manager was excellent. Only recommendation was that the carpets are due for a cleaning.

Vacation in Palm Desert

We enjoyed our stay, the view from the patio is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked. The Woodhaven community is very friendly, we enjoyed golfing at woodhaven country club numerous times, and also played pickle ball. We would definitely come back.

Great community and condo

Loved this condo. Fully stocked to move in and live for a couple months. Nice view of golf course just wished we had a little sun on our deck. Overall loved our time in Woodhaven and would recommend this property.

Great location

The views were great. The house was well equipped. We enjoy the golf and dining at Woodhaven’s clubhouse. Everything was so convenient. Fred, the property manager, was excellent. He was on top of everything. We highly recommend this property.

Sunshine in winter

The condo was newly refurbished, colorful, bright, comfortable. The view was great looking out on the well maintained golf course and the mountains. The property manager and owner were always ready to help answer any questions.

7th fairway view

Newly renovated. 2 en suite bdrms. Separate large area with pullout couch (could also accommodate child's bed) and bthrm close by. We had a couple of glitches, but the owner was quick to address and solve them. Beds were really comfortable. Most of the downstairs is tiled and easy to maintain. We were careful about the off white carpets - no spilling wine or coffee. The patio faces north and doesn’t receive a lot of sun, but that suited us. You may catch a wayward golf ball. The pools and hot tubs are a short walk and open to full sun. The “smokers” review does not reflect out experience, especially after hearing the neighbours account. Woodhaven is an established community and so the demographics are on the older side. Shops are a 5 min drive with larger centres about 10mins further. Easy to reach attractions in the Palm Desert area.

Our stay

We looked foward to staying here and we had a good time, however we felt like we were constantly being watched. We were contacted multiple times for having cigarettes In the backyard .we used a ashtray but since it’s a desert areas with high winds at night happening of course the cigarettes butts were being dragged by the wind in different areas of the yard. We did picked them up however, then we were blamed to remove a closet door when it actuality it was like that when we got there. Not sure if we want to ever stay at this host’locstion

Eleven on a ten scale!

Beautiful comfortable condo, welcoming neighbors, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and house, responsive manager, secure environment, gorgeous mountains for hikers close by .
