The unit itself was clean; kitchen well stocked, bed comfortable, linen clean. Enjoyed the birds in the back.Re pool: i was told that the pool was heated--not true. They begin to heat the pools on a gradual basis starting Nov 1st. I used the clubhouse pool which was a drive, not walk. A big part of my holiday was to swim everyday, so disappointed that i couldn't use the pool on my street.Re: noise factor/dirt: bad time of year to go as they are prepping the greens to open the course. My first day i was bombarded with mowers, blowers, weed whackers and a dust storm of debris. When i escaped to the pool (when i found it was not heated) it had a coat of debris on the top, then alas, the landscapers moved over to that area. I thought, 'okay, Thursday must be landscaping day--tomorrow's a new day.' Sadly, every successive day they started work by 7am to continue the manicuring, cutting, mowing, blowing, pruning etc . When the course finally opened a week after my stay, i thought i'd be free of the noise. Sadly, it meant they would begin mowing at 6:15am to be ready for the 7am tee off of golfers. By then, it would only be 30-60 minutes of noise, but by then i was awake--not what i'd expected for my vacation. The back patio quickly got dusty and dirty too.I also found that the trains (at all times of the day and night) and freeway traffic was noisy.

Great hot summer stay in Palm Desert!

Great condo property and location at the Palm Valley country club. Everything worked as expected, A/C cooled us down right away, and the condo was furnished for a comfortable stay in the middle of summer! Pool was right across the street and close to others up the street. Access to the clubhouse was nice but pretty empty this time of the year! Only improvement idea was maybe some curtains you could pull shut in the master bedroom as the shutters didn’t keep the bright 6 am sunrise from shining in if you are trying to sleep in on vacation!

Good property. Kept in good condition although there were some minor issues such as no pool towels readily available although they did turn up within 48 hours. Some draught excluder was Coming away from the front door which provide some minor frustration. Apart from that all good

Great location and pretty view!

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice property in a beautiful community

Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Located in a beautifully landscaped golf and tennis club (no access to those, but made for a nice environment). Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great Palm Desert Getaway!

We just spent 3 weeks at this lovely Palm Valley CC condominium. The condo was nicely appointed and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped….The beds are wonderful and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home! Communication was excellent. Really appreciate how nice the host was in letting us check in a little early. Thanks, Ryan!

Perfect get-away

This property was absolutely perfect for us. It’s exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with all the kitchen supplies you could possibly need. We entertained family on Christmas Day and everyone was very comfortable, sitting inside and outside on the beautiful terrace. Although we didn’t use the second bedroom, the two suites are perfectly comfortable and private from each other. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, and nice size TVs with streaming options. The condo is well situated - minutes from shopping, dining, and all major roads. In addition, the owner is very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely select this property again next time we are in the Palm Springs area.

Unit located by freeway and Train tracks

Very noisy location. Constant traffic and train noise. Located right at freeway and train tracks. Beds lumpy and uncomfortable. Unit is not updated. Although the unit does face a pleasant view of the lakes and golf course, this is not south facing and sun is gone from patio by 1pm. Very surprised that there is no mention of the noise factor. Unit not for us. Finally,don’t arrive early. We arrived 20 minutes early after a three hour drive expecting to be able to get into the unit. It’s locked until 4 pm and no exceptions

A great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It is in a great location in the complex and handy to shopping and eating facilities in Palm Desert . Ryan our host checked in with us to ensure all was ok.. Definitely would recommend staying here.

no shower water

It cost us a lot of money for a 2 night stay. We had no shower water. We knew main bath had a problem. But when we went to use the shower in other bath only a stream of water. I will never use vrbo again a shame it cost so much money for 2 nights. Owner dosen!t seem to care about keeping money that he should not keep.

Super Hot Getaway

This was our second stay here. 115 degrees in October. Thankfully the AC worked like a charm. There was an issue with the WiFi but it was a Frontier problem. Great communication with the property manager and it was quickly resolved.

Fabulous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were first rate. The hosts were very understanding and accommodating about a minor delay in our arrival due to flight cancellations and this reduced our stress level tremendously. We cannot say enough good things about our overall experience and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is considering.

Comfortable Stay

Nice condo, everything was as advertised. Only complaint I have is how filthy the outdoor furniture and patios were. I understand being located in the desert and dust is to be expected. But this was excessive. Frustrating to have a big cleaning fee, then have to spend an hour cleaning before I could enjoy the outdoor space. Then have a laundry list of things to do before departing. Other than that, it was a good experience.
