“Disappointed there was no jetted tub. Also my husband reached for a towel on the towel rack below the sink, and the entire rack came off sending him falling to the floor. He is having back surgery in one week and this made his pain worse! ”

“It was a bait and switch. The photos of the VRBO were nothing like the room itself. Photos showed a kitchen, big balcony and tub. When I got to the room after a long day of travel it was basic hotel room. I went down to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through VRBO.. I have photos of what was promised and what was delivered. Bait and switch. Don’t recommend ”

“Overall, we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. I have two complaints. One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff. I was told at check-in that they had my reservation, but it was multiple, and I'd have to check out and check in multiple times throughout my stay. While I thought this was fixed at check in, I got a call...

“When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. The employees at the property are outstanding. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.”
