“This is an older hotel but the charm is there. The best part was the beachfront cabana club with private pool and cabanas.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful! Everyone had plenty of space! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the convenience of having toiletries available! The pool area was great with a lot of space for our group. The location was close to everything. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home !”

“The pictures are totally misleading as is the description. It says that it sleeps eight. There are two beds in each bedroom one of the queen size beds is surrounded by walls on three sides so the only way to get into it is to go over a footboard at the bottom of the bed the other queen size bed has approximately 8 inches on one side to getinto it. It’s advertised as a gourmet kitchen, which it is far from. For example, the silverware drawer had three forks. The exhaust on the stove was filthy...

“The room was clean and cozy. Pool area is amazing. We watched the sunrise over the ocean from the pool area. We will definitely come back again…”

“Why did you rate us "terrible".We are great.”

“Great location. Tiny, but that’s part of its charm. We had a great stay. ”

“The beach queen unit is both immaculate & beautifully appointed. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a cozy, decorator inspired unit with charm. ”

“It was cozy and perfect for our vacation needs. We loved the pool too.”

“We had a wonderful time at Simon’s place. The house was stocked with everything needed for a great vacation- bikes, beach towels, games, cooking equipment, plenty of comfortable beds, and even a high chair. The yard was beautifully set up for sitting and lounging. And Simon was always available and helpful. A big thumps up from all of us who stayed there.”

“Wonderful experience, the house was beautiful and well cared for. Communication was great. 100% would recommend! ”

“Easy access to beach, nice quiet pool.”

“Jonathan was great to work with he was very accommodating. I drove 18 hours straight and he let me check in early even though he didn’t have to. The location of the place was great. The neighborhood was peaceful, even with the noise from the highway. I would highly recommend this place and I will personally be returning. Even when I had an issue, I messaged him on here and he called me directly right away to resolve the issue.”

“Loved the spacious suite and the view. Enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. ”

“Great location. But we did feel the unit should be better equipped. There was no soap in the bathrooms and only two towels. There was no sofa to sit on so there really wasn’t a place to sit and relax in the morning. The furniture was very dated. However it was clean.”

“the care shown by James at customer service. There were several issues he dealt with -and did so effectively”

“This VRBO is perfectly located on Palm Beach Island, where one can walk to fabulous restaurants, the best coffee shop in the country (Chip Monk), plenty of high end retail stores and, of course, the ocean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the unit, since it is a quiet corner unit, has lots of light. Tom, our host, is very attentive and willing to help if anything is needed. ”

“Great location. Beach view and access was awesome. All resort facilities were excellent”

“Great place to stay and close to downtown!”
