Just as described!

Both propery were amazing. Pictures do not do justice. We had a little hickup but the ower was accommodating. Would stay here again.

Cozy, quiet, and fun!

If you want a great family friendly situation, this is it, my entire family (8 of us, plus five kids and two dogs) fit just fine here. The street is quiet and the homes have plenty of amenities. The kids loved the abundance of pool toys and it was really great to have the spa and jacuzzi heated. The manager was very friendly and assisted us when we had questions. I highly recommend.

Perfect place for a multigenerational vacation

Our family ranged from 12 to 75 years old and everyone enjoyed themselves. Our favorite part of the homes were the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating. The house manager was very responsive.

Great long weekend!

This property was amazing for our group of 11 for a long weekend get away! The host and property manager were so responsive and the checkin/checkout process was so easy and smooth. Great location to places of our events. We will definitely stay here again for our yearly getaway.

Bachelorette Retreat

We stayed here for my cousins bachelorette getaway. Everything was clean and the check in/ check out process was very smooth. The pools were perfect and we had a great time. I also loved the restrooms and showers and the beds were comfortable.

This property is a very nice and peaceful place to stay in Palm Springs. The property manager was very prompt in communication before and during our stay. The property was very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone with a larger group to stay when they visit Palm Springs.

Thanksgiving in Palm Springs

My family and I had a wonderful stay at these beautiful homes for the Thanksgiving holiday. Both houses were clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying time together. It was the perfect set up for 2 families or groups of friends vacationing together. The check in process was easy and communication was a breeze! We will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful properties. The best stocked and furnished VRBO that we have had the pleasure of enjoying. Excellent and caring response to every question we raised both before and during our visit. Highly recommended. Used both homes together for large group for wedding gathering. Great for a group to get away.

So it was two houses next to each other but it didn’t really bother us much. The whole family liked hanging by the pool and having dinner together every night. Would definitely come back to stay in the future!

Great and Beautiful Place!

These two villas are amazingly beautiful! They are very clean and has all the essentials necessary in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and pool area! Maria greeted us when we arrived and she was very helpful in checking in and made sure we were doing fine during our stay! The only thing is that the floors can be a bit slippery so it is important to be cautious if using the pool and coming into the houses. We loved hanging out at the pool and enjoying the nice peace and quiet during the day! The location is perfect and super close to downtown. Very safe neighborhood. We loved this place! Definitely recommend!

Ideal Palm Springs Experience

We rented both properties and came for a bachelorette party of 12. It was the perfect escape in Palm Springs and a just short drive from downtown. We managed to spend most of our time in one of the property’s kitchens or at its pool so there was plenty of room and a great option for our large group to spend time together. Jen and Maria were very responsive and helpful! Most of the girls said this was their favorite bachelorette weekend ever so we will certainly be back!

Rented both houses together for a girls weekend in the desert. The houses were exactly as advertised & worked well for our group. We had plenty of space & enjoyed both indoor & outdoor spaces. Would definitely rent here again.

Palm Springs bachelorette

We rented the two homes, side by side to accommodate 10 of us! The homes and yards with pools were both beautiful and immaculate. Would definitely rent either of these two homes again. They were perfect for us!

Perfect home away from home

Jen’s place is nothing short of amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice because the real thing is much better. We rented these two adjacent villas to spend time with our friends , family, kids and dogs. The villas accommodated all of us truly comfortably. We loved having two large saltwater pools and two spas. Large living spaces, spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and plenty of sheets. We loved the super luxurious large en-suite bathrooms and beautiful separate bathrooms with amenities, toiletries and lots of towels for everyone. The kitchens are very well equipped with everything we needed. Even spices, cooking oils, and coffee and tea was provided so we didn’t have to buy any of that. The location is perfect because it’s close to downtown and it has lots of shops right around the corner. We heated the pools and ended up swimming even at night in the pools with the changing lights. So much fun. For a late group like us with 12 and two dogs this place was ust perfect abs we will be back for sure.

BEST RENTAL EVER

We rent vacation homes in, Palm Springs, frequently, for years. This is by far the best rental we have ever booked. The home looks better than in the pictures. It is very well maintained and very clean. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds. Plenty of linens and towels, as well as other amenities such as toiletries and spices. Even coffee and tea. High chairs and playpens were provided for our two-year-old twins. And we enjoyed the ping pong table quite a bit after having our BBQ dinners outside. The house was light and bright and the large sliders out to the pool and serene backyard were optimal to enjoy the inside / outside living feel. We had the pool and spa heated and spent all day in it enjoying the spacious, private, desert landscaped, spacious, and the wonderful view of the mountain ranges. Check-in was easy and the host was super professional and kind. It's a true home away from home for us and we will surely be back,
