Krogen Sibling Retreat

Lovely home in a safe neighborhood. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Very clean with some nice updates. We enjoyed our stay.

Well Done!

Very appealing decor! A very ilovely spot to spend time in with an exceptional pool area. Clean and well equipped. Management responded immediately to any question we had. Great location, too!

Wonderful Place Central to Downtown

Everything was great. Our check in process was made easy with communication before we checked in and the day of check in. The house was absolutely clean, had all the amenities we could want, and very easy to relax. The check out process was just as easy. We will definitely stay here again when in the PS area. This is truly a gem in Palm Springs.

Wonderful Palm Springs House~

We stopped in Palm Springs on our way to Riverside, and had such a relaxing, wonderful, comfortable stay at this beautiful house! Jen was awesome to work with; all was so easy; the bed was super comfortable, and the house was just perfect! Amazing pool and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful Palm Springs place.

Great Property

Really enjoyed our recent stay. The house is as described - spacious, stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice, and quiet. Perfect for early morning walks/runs, etc. Very centrally located - 3 miles into town with coffee shops, restaurants and grocery shopping within half a mile. As noted in other reviews, depending on the direction of the wind, flight path is overhead and starts early a.m. Wasn't an issue for us. Maria and Jen were both extremely responsive and great hosts. Perfect family getaway.

Perfect private getaway

Excellent central location, easy driving distance to the main drag, Indian canyons and grocery store. Love the backyard! Private and well laid out. House is spacious, rooms good size and well thought out. Local manager is very helpful. Only struggle for us were the showers, gave up on understanding the steam shower and it took both of us to figure out the other more basic shower, would be helpful to have directions available for us luddites lol. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome!

Gorgeous and incredibly clean house. Seriously, the pictures do this place no justice. I thought I was crazy to book in August, since it's so hot, but we hardly felt the heat . The house has a cool 77 temperature and the pool outside offers welcome relief and relaxation. The car was parked in the garage which kept it cool. The location is awesome, close to supermarkets and downtown. Quiet neighborhood. We had the relaxing time we were looking for. The communication with Maria and Jen was great. Just a big Thank you!

Great stay!

My family and I had a great time here! The pool area was perfect for us, lots of different seating options for different shaded spots throughout the day, and the pool was very clean and a great temperature. The kitchen was really well stocked and easy to use. The layout of the house was great for us as well with the bedrooms down the hall so if some people wanted to sleep in, they didn't hear much noise. Maria and Jen were very quick and easy to communicate with and super helpful. I would definitely return!

Summer relaxation

The property was well stocked and very clean. The backyard is lovely and very private. The pool was sparkling and the jacuzzi jets worked so well and strong. The backyard was fully equipped with pool floats and an outdoor shower. There is plenty of outdoor seating, even a hummingbird and her nest perched up on the string lights, so cute. I loved the master bathtub for soaking and the beds were all very comfortable. The manager was very accommodating to our needs and I can see myself staying there again in the future. It was so much fun and close to everything in Palm Springs area.

Met our needs!

After a BIG snafu which led to us not being able to check in to the house until 24 hours after we arrived…(I guess that’s for another review on VRBO and not the property…) The house turned out great. The layout and home decor was pleasing, the kitchen was more than sufficiently stocked and Maria was informative and responsive to questions. The master was spacious but there is no door between bedroom and bathroom, so it was a bit inconvenient. Also - I recommend reading the very lengthy home description because it does explain the pool and spa fees but it’s easy to get distracted by the pretty pictures. The house could benefit from adding dressers or storage space for clothing and we needed more swim towels! Also, hooks or somewhere to hang towels close to the master shower. Also, when we were there, the flight path was DIRECTLY over the house for both departures and arrivals, and this started at 5:45 AM so if you’re a light sleeper, you might be annoyed by this.

Very comfortable stay

Myself and a couple of buddies wanted to get away for some desert golf. We enjoyed the amenities - especially the pool and the hot tub. Perfect spot, close to downtown and close to the airport. Will stay again!

Great 2 Week Stay! We Give it 5 Stars.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay in February. Property is clean, well described, and the communication with Jen and Maria was excellent. Pool is great and there are plenty of lounge chairs and places to sit or lay out. The pool gets plenty of sun, but also a good amount of shade throughout the day due to the palm trees. Kitchen was well-stocked and nothing we needed was missing. Some very minor things that didn't affect us much but could be improved - the couch in the main room is not very comfy and the bar stools are bar-height, not counter height, so they are basically non-usable. Overall, a great rental and we would certainly entertain staying again! One last thing: the property is directly underneath the regular flight pattern of planes coming/going from PSP. So, there is occasional airplane noise. Didn't bother us at all, but wanted to note it.

Great place to relax

The property was clean and well maintained. The pool and spa are lovely and private and the neighborhood is nice and very convenient, just a few minutes from downtown. Definitely a great place to relax for a weekend getaway.

Nice little pool house

I liked the place, it was like in expected. Although, it would've been nice to know the extras $$$ involving the pool & spa extra charges, and cleaning fee, and other fees. Now I know.
