Aquatini Mid-Century Modern Luxury Retreat - Last Minute Specials!

  • Mid-Century modern home with spacious private backyard and brand new oversize saltwater pool/spa. The backyard features many areas to relax and enjoy the amazing mountain views and the beautiful sunsets and is completely landscaped with large lawn, lime, orange & grapefruit trees and gorgeous desert landscape. During the day, sun on one of the chaise lounges or the floating loungers in the pool. On cold nights, stay warm by one of the outdoor fire pits/fireplaces. The backyard also includes a bbq with large outdoor dining table. City of Palm Springs ID# 2270.

    The home's main living space includes white porcelain flooring, new flat panel TV with DVD & Apple TV, large sliding doors to backyard, large bay window with mountain view, fireplace, bar seating and dining table for six people.

    Very close to downtown/shopping/dining, Spa Resort Casino, golf courses, Palm Springs International Airport and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

    Our maximum overnight occupancy is six adults and two children under the age of 12. TOT permit number is 6002. Please inquire with owner for last minute specials.

Great stay

House is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Everything is very clean and the photos are accurate. The pool/spa is terrific. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Serene and Relaxing Stay

My husband and I loved staying at this property. The home was conveniently located, pristine, quiet, and private. It also had an awesome mod decor, so immediately felt like stepping into a different time and into vacation mode. The owner/manager was very communicative and clear with direction. We would absolutely stay here again.

great get-away

For Grandpa and two grandsons and their mom...perfect house as far as room and pool. Owner is the best as he was in close contact with us throughout our stay. Might add a broom for sweeping up after grandkids :) Great place.

Loved the neighborhood , we had e-bikes and easily got around. The house and pool are wonderful. The only feedback would be about cooking pans/pots- everything outdated and scratched teflon coated which you don’t won’t coming off into your food. So we ate out. Very clean and yard is spacious. Master bed very comportable. Overall highly recommend.

I stayed 5 weeks and aside from just a couple of items I needed to ask the owner about, the stay was perfect!! The house, yard and pool area is so relaxing and well maintained. Great place to vacation!! And when I needed to ask the owner a question, he responded immediately!!

We enjoy out stay. We love the big back yard and the green and fresh grass with fruit trees around. The view with huge mountain from the entire house is amazing. Michael answered me even before I booked the property. 100% recommended

Paradise

This was our second stay and it was better than the first. Michael fixed any issue we had from the time before. The new curtains were great. We love our stay at this home. It is extremely clean, and located on a nice quiet street. The view from the pool and yard is fantastic! We will of course be back!

Loved our stay

We loved the location of this property and how clean it was. A vacuum cleaner or wet swiffer (rather than dry) would be super helpful for the floors when staying with kids since they are tile. Michael was responsive and helpful. The pool and view were amazing. We will be back!

Comfortable and Great Location

Nice house with a large pool in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything (with a car). Had a few issues but local owner was able to resolve rather quickly. Not alot of comfy seating in the living area but we spent much of our time outside when at the home. Lots of seating options in backyard.

Uncomfortable

The pool and yard are great. The house is sparsely furnished and for two large men their was no comfortable place to sit. The pictures showed furniture that has been replaced. Mid century modern on a budget is not comfortable for 6'3" guys. The bathrooms are great and location too.

Nice yard, not so nice inside.

We travel to Palm Springs often and love this location. The backyard and pool of this home was nice, our dogs loved it. Inside however, it was lacking. We let the property manager know blinds in the bedroom were broken within minutes of arriving and nothing was done to fix them during our stay. We noticed other broken things around the house after that. The showers were inconsistently warm, there was nowhere for our family to sit and talk or watch a movie in the living room, but worst of all was the battle with small ants. If we left out any bit of food we would soon find ants.

Perfect Pool House

We had the best stay here last week! The house and yard and pool were spectacular, the pix don't do it justice. Loved how open and uncluttered the house was, incredibly clean and well-stocked with all the basics. We spent most of our time outdoors, the pool, hot tub and baja shelf are all connected, and were the perfect temp. Lots of pool toys/accessories and plenty of loungers and umbrellas (never seem to have enough of these at most properties). At night, plenty of TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted, and very comfy beds :) We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic stay

Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids (both 9 year olds) had the best time at Aquatini. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was large and spacious. The hot tub was nice and hot. The location is also very convenient. The Tahquitz River area is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Palm Springs. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Michael for ensuring we had a perfect stay.

Amazing Girls Weekend

Five girlfriends + this property = heaven. We spent a long weekend here and couldn’t have picked a better location. It was simply the best. Michael was the perfect host, so helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed. We road the gondola up for a hike, visited the art museum, hit the shops and even had medium Timothy Courtney join us for a reading one morning (fantastic!). And of course we enjoyed lots of delightful pool time. We can’t wait to come back.

Great home base

Pool was lovely, owners very accommodating and the house was very well equipped. We used the kitchen and property extensively and wanted for nothing! Excellent location.

Great getaway

We were in town visiting family and celebrating 4 graduates in our family. My husband and kids enjoyed the home very much and Michael was super accommodating. We definitely will be back!

PURE BLISS

This is our second time staying at this house and we just adore every minute we get to spend here. The house is beautiful and spacious, but the real show stoppers are the backyard and pool. Tons of space to run around and a HUGE pool with the most gorgeous views of the mountains. Also, a very safe and friendly neighborhood, close to lots of bike routes and great for kids!

First time Palm Springs visitors- can’t wait to be back

This is our first visit to Palm Springs and we knew within the first 10 minutes at Michael’s home it was just perfect for us for the week ahead. We were looking for a place to do one thing: relax (and play a bit of golf ... but the focus was on relaxation!). We soon found out we had also chosen a home in an ideal neighborhood- for morning walks following our coffee in the hot tub (while staring at the amazing mountains). What a great way to start the day. Our days ended in the beautiful pool and hot tub while watching the fire burning.... its pure perfection. If you’re looking for a private space in reasonably quiet surroundings, stay here. Don’t think twice about being anywhere else! (Warning: the sprinklers come on around 7:30pm every night; we found that out the hard way our first evening at home!)
