  • Our newly remodeled, 3-bedroom home is light-filled & airy, bringing you the best of Palm Springs indoor/outdoor living. Stylish & comfortable, our home features plush furnishings to help you relax & unwind, along with all the modern amenities that make you feel at home. Enjoy the majestic, sweeping views of the San Jacinto mountains from our backyard, complete with heated pool & outdoor dining area. This unique place has a style all its own. We hope you enjoy & make it your desert oasis!

    Decorated by a professional interior designer with an ode to the style & sophistication of the mid-century, our home is quintessential Palm Springs!
    With an open concept, this 3-bedroom home is in the sought-after Green Fairway Estates neighborhood. The property is a relaxing space featuring brand new furniture, tons of room to enjoy & relax in, and a secluded backyard complete with heated pool, outdoor dining area, and chaise lounges overlooking the mountains.

    The home has been recently remodeled with mid century modern furnishings & fixtures (including some originals), along with updated appliances and many features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling with transom windows, allowing for tons of natural light. It features a flat screen SmartTV with cable channels, and plenty of comfortable seating for your group to relax and unwind in.

    The living room opens to the spacious dining area, with seating for 6. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, dual refrigerators, bar seating, and plenty of countertop space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire living and dining room area has windows and glass doors opening out to the backyard, featuring a covered patio that`s perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.

    Our three bedrooms are inviting and equipped with comfy, high-end mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The primary bedroom contains a plush King-size bed, a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, and a SmartTV with cable channels. This bedroom has sliding glass door leading directly to the backyard.

    The additional two bedrooms feature Queen-size beds, plenty of room to stretch out in, and tons of natural light. There is a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. The guest bathroom has a shower & bathtub.

    The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, pergola, outdoor dining table and plenty of additional seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.

    Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary ultra fast WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs with cable in the living room & 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, garage parking, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.

    You’re renting the entire house and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!

    Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
    CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
    (we don`t make the rules, but we do follow them!)

    **No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
    Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.

    - Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
    - Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
    -Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
    - Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. Please utilize driveway parking before using street parking.
    - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
    - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
    - The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
    - PLEASE NOTE: The City will begin charging guests an additional 1% Palm Springs Tourism Infrastructure District on December 1, 2026. For all bookings with checkin dates starting 12/1, guests will be responsible for this additional payment.

    ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
    - Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
    - Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
    - Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.

    POOL HEATING
    - Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day.
    - The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.

    PETS
    - Pets are allowed (1 pet max, under 25 lbs), with a fee of $100. Pet must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.

    NO SMOKING
    - We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.

    CLEANING
    The final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Fund will be collected from guest as mid-stay cleanings occur.

    INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
    Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
    ● $99: 1-29 nights
    ● $450: 30-59 nights
    ● $150: each additional 30-night block

    EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
    Please note there are cameras on the doorbell, on the garage facing the front door, and on the garage facing the garage door.

Spectacular in every way!

I’d give 6 stars if I could. The place itself is beautiful and immaculate — and the view of the mountains is just great. It was clean and comfortable with a very authentic and tasteful Palm Springs vibe. My husband, teen daughter, my parents and I all enjoyed the common spaces for hanging out together and had ample space to ourselves as well. The location is central and convenient and management was helpful, organized and responsive. We’re already talking about booking again!

Upscale interior but some downscale issues

Positives - Interior furnishings and kitchen appliances were very upscale. Beds were very comfortable. Great expanded views of pool area and mountains from living area. Negatives - Pool had lots of debris every morning, including dozens of insects and grasshoppers. There was some debris at bottom also. Spent 30 minutes every morning skimming it all off. Pool maintenance never showed on designated day. Bottom debris was still there when I left days later. Have stayed at other PS pool homes and never had that much pool debris and non-maintenance. Sink stoppers in both baths not working. Had to open them manually. Thermostat kept resetting to a much higher temperature. The shower in the master bath has a very steep and deep step in and sharp edged areas around the tile. No remote for the garage door. Would not stay there again. Overpriced for what you get and don't get.
