The Space:

Welcome to Casa del Sol, a single-level home blending classic mid-century modern design with Polynesian-inspired architecture, offering a seamless flow for ultimate relaxation and easy accessibility.



**Living & Dining:**

* Spacious, open-concept living area with high-end furnishings and stunning mountain vistas through large windows.

* Cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV for streaming.

* Dining table with seating for six.

* Dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.



**Kitchen:**

* Modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen.

* Premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a raised kitchen bar for casual conversations.



**Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8):**

* **Primary Suite:** A true sanctuary with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and sliding doors that open directly to the courtyard.

* **Second Bedroom:** Features a comfortable king-size bed.

* **Third Bedroom:** Offers a welcoming queen-size bed.

* **The Casita:** A charming and serene detached guest house with its own entrance. It includes a queen bed, a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom for added privacy.



**Outdoor Oasis:**

* Your private outdoor heart of the home, designed for ultimate enjoyment.

* Sparkling swimming pool with an integrated spa and tanning ledge.

* Comfortable lounge area and a canopied daybed.

* Gas BBQ grill for outdoor feasts.

* Outdoor fireplace to gather around as evening falls.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes the main house, the detached casita, and the fully enclosed courtyard with all its amenities, including the private pool and spa. There are no shared spaces, ensuring your stay is a completely private paradise.



The Neighborhood:

*   You will have the entire house, property to yourself.

*   Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

* NO access to park in the garage or enter

*** CITY REQUIREMENTS: ***

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure.



***Personal Welcome:** A member of our team will personally greet you upon arrival.



***Family-Friendly:** A crib and high chair are available upon request to make your stay more comfortable. Please request in advance.



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



***CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.



*** Pool & Spa Heating:** Heating for the pool and spa is an optional service available for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival if you would like to add this service.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
