Fabuloso segundo piso 2BR 2 baños condominio @ Desert Breezes Resort con vistas a las montañas de Santa Rosa. El complejo está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la intersección de Washington y Fred Waring en Palm Desert, a solo unos minutos a pie del Indian Wells Tennis Center. Disfruta de 3 piscinas, 5 canchas de tenis, barbacoa y gimnasio / casa club, todo en la propiedad. La unidad del segundo piso con chimenea da a la piscina con más de 1200 pies cuadrados, lavadora / secadora en la unidad, cocinas y baños recientemente remodelados con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Amplias habitaciones con televisores LCD de pantalla plana y grandes armarios. Baño principal con ducha y tocador doble lavabo. I accidentally stepped on broken pieces of glass on the dining room floor, my toe was bleeding the first night we were there. Then we found several more pieces under the dining table. We took pictures of it. It may not have been vacuumed properly. So glad that my 1 year old granddaughter did not step on it.

Great location for exploring the valley

A nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Clean, comfortable, easy to get anywhere you want to go in the area. Easy access to tennis courts, pickle ball, pool, hot tub and gym. A great place to stay!

Nice, quiet, property. Clean, with all the amenities needed. My only complaint would be that we didn’t have hot water for the first 18 hours of our 2 day stay. The wind had blown out the pilot light on the water heater. Maintenance got it going, fortunately.

Beautiful home in a beautiful community

We lucked out… the places we usually stay at were booked and we found this gem. The pictures are accurate… but it’s even better in person. We especially loved the patio, the comfortable beds. We enjoyed patio dining at La Quinta Old Town and hiking at the La Quinta Cove. I’m keeping this in my records so we can stay here again!

Powertrip Stay

We stayed here during the Powertrip 3-Day Festival. The location was perfect; only 15 minutes from the Festival Grounds. Clean condo, large rooms, and all the amenities with great shopping centers and restaurants within minutes for all your travel needs. We highly recommend this place.

Mooi appartement

Fijn verblijf, appartement heeft grote slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een ruime woonkamer, keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het inchecken lukte niet, maar we hadden uiteindelijk snel contact met de verhuur en konden goed communiceren via sms. Mooi resort, zwembad was mooi maar mag wat vaker schoon gemaakt worden.

Clean and Spacious

We had a lovely time staying at Condo Oasis at Desert Breezes Resort. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo was a lot more spacious than the pictures show. The check-in process was smooth and Gene made sure to check in with us a few weeks before our trip to make sure we received the check-in instructions. The space itself was clean, and contained all the needed amenities for our stay. Parking is simple and the location is central. We would definitely return to this condo for future stays in Palm Desert!

Lovely week in Palm Desert despite the historic low temps and record snow falls all around us. Great location, close to everything. Nice community with amenities… pools, tennis courts and fully equipped gym. Excellent communication with Host and property manger.

Relaxing, Quiet, Calm - Perfect Stay in Palm Desert

This 2nd floor condo, with its own stairs / entrance and coded entry, was the perfect home base for our week stay. It was spotlessly clean and had one of the best equipped kitchens of any VRBO we’ve stayed in. Everything worked, we had strong Wi-Fi connection, TVs were easy to operate, the beds were comfy, and there was a small washer/dryer. The unit has a dedicated covered parking space, is close to tennis and pickleball courts, there is a pool and hot tub right behind the unit, and a lovely orange tree - bearing lots of fruit - off the patio! Also, I had not understood this beforehand – the condos are part of a much larger single family planned housing development that has its own road and path system, along with numerous pools, courts, etc. Almost every day we enjoyed taking a walk through this beautifully manicured and landscaped area, enjoying all the flowering desert plants, bushes, and trees. It was a true amenity of the property! My husband and I loved our stay and definitely will be coming back when we need a sun break from the Oregon weather.

Minor issues but overall acceptable experience. Microwave when used gave off a heavy greasy food bacon odor. Supplied bath soap was about as low end as available. Only window screen was on sliding glass door. No dish soap for hand washing anything. Hot water heater was quite noisy. Fireplace was a mystery.

Clean, has everything you need to cook!! Has all the house whole items you will need. Extra pillows, bedding's, towels. Pools are heated, tons of restaurants!! Amazing location!!! I will also come back and stay Owner nice and responsive ❤️

Wonderful gated community

We have stayed at this location (two different units), for the last 2 years and love this gated property. It is always quiet, beautifully landscaped, the units themselves are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable. This year several of the pools were not heated which meant a trek around to find the nearest one they was, but we found one near our unit and were often the only ones there. We stayed here for a week, and even though we said we were staying with 5 people, there were not enough supplies (laundry soap, dish towels, garbage bags, etc), but this happened last year as well, and I think is more to do with the property management, so just be prepared to bring/buy some of these types of things or call and ask the property management to supply some lore which we did and they quickly supplied. The only bummer was the dishwasher wasn’t draining when we got there, and since we were there with 3 kids over Christmas…there were lots of dishes and only one dish towel, but the property management did their best to fix this as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again, we really like this location and property.
