Host was responsive HOWEVERWiFi was not strong enough to support any of my entertainment once passwords were placed. It was raining and the Wi-Fi continually kicked me off.Additionally, it is perceived when viewing this unit that the pool is within walking distance it’s literally through another gate code on another streetIf you’re not looking for a luxurious amenities at centrally located and again, the host is responsive just doesn’t get it that in the photos. It looks like the pool walks out from your unit and literally you have to walk out onto the street and around the corner. You neeed to enter another gate code to access the pool area, which by the way has several other units that all overlook and share the pool, which in the photos appears to be somewhat private.

Girls weekends in Palm SpringsThe casita was in an AMAZING location! Literally walking distance from the main strip. Getting into the Casita was easy. We were able to park both cars easily inside the driveway. Btw plenty of parking on the street. I emailed the host asking for 8 towels,she accomidated us & we had exactly what we needed. I was worried when I saw only 1 air-conditioner in the living room wall. I thought the room would be too hot. Fortunately, the portable mini swamp cooler in the bedroom helped. We slept with the door open and moved the fan/cooler near the bedroom door to help circulate the air-conditioned air. It worked great! The casita accommodated 4 women and a small dog comfortably. When I booked our stay, there was no area where you could add a dog. I got a bill during our stay. It took me a bit to understand what the 35 additional fee was... It was the dog fee...not bad for 2 nights, but I wish it was better explained. The pool situation was also not very clear. It wasn't until we got there that we realized the pool was not outside the door like in the pictures but at the back of the property. It was a very short walk. The entrance to the pool was secure access with a PW. We took sandwiches and drinksThe host thought of everything! There was a stack straw hats and towels for guests. We were the only ppl in the pool, and It felt very private. There was a cute little yard kitty that kept us company. Overall, we enjoyed our stay 10/10

Very comfortable and spacious traditional desert bungalow kept us cool in the Palm Springs heat. VERY close to the heart of downtown, short walks to most anything you'd want. Lovely pool around the corner; quiet area; easy to park on the street. Do bring your own shampoo, though.

Cute spot, great location

Cute little bungalow 2 blocks from the main road - super convenient! Couch pulls out to a very comfortable double-bed - we had trouble figuring out how to set it up, but it was great once we got it. The unit is very clean, but somewhat dated - it hasn't been "flipped" like some other nearby listings. However, we didn't plan to spend much time there anyway, so it was perfect for us! Street parking was a little tight our first night there, but no issues the rest of the time, and the location is ideal for walking downtown. Definitely recommend!

This was my second time staying at this property and it was amazing! Super great location, we were able to walk to the farmers market on Thursday night. Great space super clean and has everything you would need. Parking and check in process was super easy

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Palm Springs. Location was perfect. Just off S. Palm Canyon Drive (where the street fair is on Thursday nights). Location was the main reason we chose to stay here. Walked everywhere for the 3 nights we stayed there. Place was pretty small, but it was what we expected from the listing. Contact with owner was very quick and easy to communicate with.

Cozy villa, great central location

This villa worked great for us (a family of 3 adults). We liked the central location, which was 1-2 blocks from downtown, and the amount of space was more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen is small and might be somewhat cramped if you plan to cook meals there; we did not cook, so it was fine. Because we were so close to downtown, and had relatives nearby who gave us a ride if needed, we did not have to rent a car, which was nice.A couple of considerations. There is no washer or dryer available onsite, and the nearest laundromat is 1.5 miles away. Also, the couch's "sofa bed" does not open out in the standard way, and is a little difficult to figure out. We put the sheets and blankets that were provided on top of the couch itself, which worked fine for one person. There is a small trundle-type bed that rolls out from under the couch that would work for a child, but I think the arrangement might not work well for 4 adults. Overall, we had a great time and liked being so close to everything!

Wonderful Location

If you like to venture downtown and/or Arenas District, it was the perfect location. The home is a little older and the bed practically fills the entire bedroom but overall a good stay. Communication with the host was AMAZING.

This is a great place to stay. On W Arenas and Palm Canyon, its the perfect location when visiting PS. The villa itself was great. Had a kitchen and parking in the front. This is a hidden gem in close to all that downtown PS has to offer. I would definitely recommend this lodging to anyone seeking accommodations in PS who would rather stay in something small and quaint rather than a large hotel. I had a small technology glitch, but I was able to get in touch with the property manager who provided the info I needed. The communication was great. I will definitely consider these accommodations the next time I am in town.
