Host communicates well and in a timely manner. The pool is not on premises so you need to know that you share the pool with the adjoining property. The villa we were in needs updating and some fixing, but we were mainly there to enjoy Palm Springs so it was a place to sleep. it is close to downtown Palm Springs within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

It was the perfect location. So close to downtown, yet still felt tucked away in a neighborhood. We loved our stay. The temperature and AC were excellent. Our little bungalow, bungalow D was perfect for a couple. I was worried because it said it was pet friendly that there would be evidence of pets. I do not like pets. But I would never have known. Really a perfect spot.

Great stay. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Easy place to have our dog stay with us too. Would rebook for our next trip to wonderful Palm Springs.

Great space, great location!

This was my second time staying at this property and it was amazing! Super great location, we were able to walk to the farmers market on Thursday night. Great space super clean and has everything you would need. Parking and check in process was super easy

Very comfortable and spacious traditional desert bungalow kept us cool in the Palm Springs heat. VERY close to the heart of downtown, short walks to most anything you'd want. Lovely pool around the corner; quiet area; easy to park on the street. Do bring your own shampoo, though.

The casita is in a great location near downtown, it is quiet and parking was very convenient. The rooms, while smallish were comfortable enough. The bed was not comfortable and a new mattress would make a big difference. Likewise the sofa is pretty worn and as the main seating area, we wished it was better. We did not use the pool, but it looked just fine. The photo is accurate- the pool is a bit small as shown. The host was very responsive and that is not always the case with a VRBO, so I greatly appreciate Cole's attentiveness.

Wonderful Location

If you like to venture downtown and/or Arenas District, it was the perfect location. The home is a little older and the bed practically fills the entire bedroom but overall a good stay. Communication with the host was AMAZING.

Easy Walk Everywhere

Comfortable, clean. Plenty of HOT water and comfy bed. Roku a bit of a challenge but OK. Nice choice of coffee places and restaurants.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Palm Springs. Location was perfect. Just off S. Palm Canyon Drive (where the street fair is on Thursday nights). Location was the main reason we chose to stay here. Walked everywhere for the 3 nights we stayed there. Place was pretty small, but it was what we expected from the listing. Contact with owner was very quick and easy to communicate with.
