    Enjoy incredible amenities, including multiple pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Take the provided golf clubs to nearby Tahquitz Creek Golf Club or visit the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to discover a different view of the valley.

    LIVING AREA

    Unwind for movie nights in the living area, which provides a 42in Roku TV and comfortable seating for the group.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with ample cookware, helpful gadgets, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

    When meals are ready, enjoy family-style meals at the table for six.

    BEDROOMS & BATHS

    This condo sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.

    Sleep soundly in the master suite, featuring a queen-size bed, a 50in Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and a 32in Roku TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

    OUTDOOR AREAS

    Fire up the electric grill on the private covered balcony.

    Spend leisurely days at any of the numerous hot tubs, pools (four), and tennis courts (six) on the grounds. Fruit trees sprinkled throughout the complex are available to pick and for you to enjoy.

    EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

    Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, golf clubs (one adult and one child set), tennis rackets, and assigned carport parking for one car. Guest and street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Wonderful Place

We had a fantastic stay at this very clean, well equipped suite! Everything was perfect, location was great, pool area very nice. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you.

Charming with a perfect location

Firstly, Vacasa was an excellent company to deal with. Easy and efficient! The condo was charming, modern, roomy, well equipped, and very clean. The location was perfect, we felt it was central to everything. Great vacation!!!

A great spot

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. The condo complex was great with swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts. A few small issues with the appliances not working but Turnkey was very responsive and problems were addressed expeditiously . The property was nice and managment of the property was exceptional.

As advertised

This unit has been updated except for the old kitchen cabinets and tile counters. The small countertop appliances are high end and unexpected! New furniture, towels, and bedding made for a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Unit

Convenient - 10 minutes from Palm Springs airport and convenient to downtown Palm Springs. We had a lot of plans (tennis tournament, golf) so we didn’t use the amenities. The unit was clean and comfortable. The second bedroom has twin beds.

We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately experienced a number of maintenance and housekeeping issues that significantly impacted our trip. To be fair, the location and overall layout of the condo were fine, and our stay was manageable. However, the condition of the unit and lack of responsiveness from Vacasa were disappointing.Issues we encountered included:-Broken blind on the main slider door with pieces on the floor-Guest bath toilet handle difficult to flush and appears broken-Broken towel bar in the master bath-Multiple kitchen cabinet drawers that fall out when opened-Master shower door does not stay closed and repeatedly slides open during use-Guest room lamp flickered badly and barely worked, leaving no reliable light in the room-Washer/dryer located outside on the deck with no prior disclosure in welcome materials-Nearly empty body wash, dish soap, and hand soap upon arrival despite being told supplies would be provided-No starter laundry detergent or laundry basket-Extremely squeaky master bedroom door and one twin bed disrupting sleep-TV remote does not properly control volume-One hair dryer barely functionalBecause of the missing supplies, we had to purchase dish soap, wash cloth, body wash, and laundry detergent ourselves just to get through the stay.Bottom line:The property has potential, but it needs much better maintenance oversight and basic guest-readiness checks before being rented again.

Lovely, Comfortable Condo

This was a very fine, well-equipped condo in a great location. We want to particularly mention Monica, who very helpfully assisted us with check-in over our phone, as we were traveling on our way to Palm Springs and did not have access to our usual email. One minor note for older couples like ourselves is that the unit is on the second floor with fifteen steps going up to it. Except for that, very minor, inconvenience, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Average place

The location of unit is on Palm Canyon with loud traffic all day and night. The deck had a view of the neighboring roof. Literally no view anywhere. We stayed for 10 days and there is no supply of any type of cleaning products and including No dishwasher soap. The washer and dryer has missing nobs it should be replaced The pool is beautiful and we spent a lot of our time there. All in all, we love Palm Springs

Amazing Property & Super Clean

We stayed in this unit from Feb 25 - Mar 5 - absolutely amazingly clean! This was either the first time anyone has stayed in this unit or they have the world's best cleaners! The little touches added to the table setting and all paper products was super personalized and made us feel awesome Great location, great price. Strong wifi, which made working in the mornings a breeze! My only couple things to mention to the property owner - please get a coffee maker that brews more than 1 cup at a time (and it's not a keurig) the coffee maker available was some Mr Coffee machine that was designed for latees but not plain old black coffee - with a starbucks less than a 7 minute walk you don't really need this, and please get deep pocketed sheets for the master bed. Hubs ended up sleeping in a different room because the sheets just wouldn't stay on the bed. And there was no laundry detergent for us to start the towels and sheets when we left

AMAZING PROPERTY

I’m new to homeaway and turnkey is my first property. I am a traveling sales professional so it’s difficult to find a property in Palm Springs with an in-unit washer and dryer. Prior to my arrival, I received very DETAILED instructions and had zero issues. I can’t emphasize how this property reminded me of my own home. I’m from Texas and I love the farmhouse gray and white decor. It was extremely clean! Had everything I need to cook. It’s central to everything. Downtown Palm Springs, walking distance to the church I attend, airport, and etc. Everyone on the property is friendly! I didn’t get to see the tennis court or the pool but my neighbors raved about it. Homeaway and Turnkey were very diligent with their communication making sure I didn’t need anything else. I kind of wished I rented it for the month! I will definitely be coming back to this specific property when I come back. Thanks again homeaway and turnkey!
