Esta moderna casa estilo rancho de tres dormitorios y dos baños es un relajante refugio de vacaciones en el desierto. El soleado patio privado amurallado ofrece una piscina climatizada y una bañera de hidromasaje en un paisaje desértico con palmeras maduras y vistas a las montañas circundantes. El área sombreada del jardín del patio trasero proporciona un refugio fresco del sol, o un lugar para que los niños y las mascotas corran y jueguen. Esta casa está ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo, amigable y familiar cerca del parque Demuth y de todas las tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de recreación por los que Palm Springs es famosa.

This is an exceptional VRBO. You walk thru the front gate and enter a lovely landscaped garden with a hot tub and swimming pool. The inside of the home is just as nice. The decor is 50s or 60s with a well stocked kitchen.Very clean, good communication with host was great.I highly recommend this property.

This is an outstanding property from its cleanliness, its design and comfort inside and out, and especially the friendly, attentive, and considerate host, Tony. There is a lovely park space nearby to walk to, and the airport is extremely close by. You do need a car to go to any shopping/restaurants/downtown but parking is free and easily found.

I enjoyed yet another incredible stay at one of Tony's homes!Well appointed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, this home was an absolutely perfect getaway for our group of 6 women celebrating my birthday! Fantastic pool and hot tub, BBQ, comfortable beds and more. There is nothing lacking. I'll be back again, there is no doubt, for another relaxing time at Harriet's Hideaway!

Private Convenient Escape

Very clean and well equipped home conveniently located for easy acess to all of our day excursions. The private yard was perfect for cooling off in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after hiking or golf. Gorgeous landscaping and fun interior decor. Very comfortable beds.

House and pool were fantastic.Pool and spa were clean and well heated.House was tastefully decorated with mid-century modern colors and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, assorted coffees, snacks and fruit. Overall, one of the best properties we have stayed at. Owners were responsive and very helpful with all property information. 10 out of 10!!!

Palm Springs Peace and Beauty

Palms, flowers, and cacti border the pool and backyard. Beautiful and peaceful. The surrounding mountains offer a majestic view. I was impressed with how clean and well stocked the house was and enjoyed the decor.

Excellent Family Option

Tony was prompt and flexible on check-in. The property was immaculately maintained with great amenities, decor, etc. The pool area is spectacular - it's like your own private oasis. A very quiet neighbourhood and comfortable spot. We'd confidently recommend and also stay there again. Thanks Tony!

Palm Springs Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at Tony’s property. The house was great, exactly as photographed; we loved the mid century decor and it was so clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location was perfect; close to town but also nice and quiet. Tony was a great host; very responsive and even brought some extra pool rafts over for the kids. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would love to come again. Thanks Tony for a wonderful spring break.

Simply the best!

Flawless, informative check in, well appointed house and beautiful grounds - we enjoyed every moment of our 2 weeks at Harriet’s Hideaway. Frank, the property manager was always available and super helpful. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were lots of towels and umbrellas for the pool. The best was enjoying bedtime cocktail’s under the stars in the hot tub, looking out on the beautifully lit yard.

Perfect stay in Palm Springs!

We loved Tony’s house. It was perfect for our family of four. We made good use of the pool and jacuzzi. We loved sitting out at night in the beautiful garden. The landscaping is lovely and the interior decor is great. Pictures really don’t do it justice. The kitchen has everything you could need and we appreciated the comfortable beds. We hope to return in the future! The property manager Frank, and Tony were both very responsive and easy to contact. Great VRBO experience!

Fun decorating theme and very well maintained

Fun retro Palm Springs decor. Exceptionally well maintained property. Don’t recall if the listing said anything about cats visiting looking for food? Turns out there was a large bag of cat food in the utility closet. (fortunately none of us are allergic to them) or the noise level of planes from the very nearby airport. It didn’t bother us but I could understand if others take exception. In summary; thoroughly decorated in keeping with the spirit of old Palm Springs and very well maintained property.

A Perfectly Private Palm Springs Getaway!

A Perfectly Private Palm Springs Getaway! This VRBO is a mid-century masterpiece! The location was perfect! It is very close to the airport, a short drive to downtown, and located close to lots of amenities and restaurants. The house itself is full of Palm Springs charm and beautifully decorated with MCM elements that my wife and I loved. It’s landscaped beautifully and the pool/hot tub area felt like our own little oasis. The host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. This was our first visit to Palm Springs (definitely not our last!) and they had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We were here for our honeymoon and they even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and non-alcoholic cider! Frank brought us some fruit as well! We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return. We would book at this property again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tony, Curtis, and Frank!

Fantastic house with great outdoor space to relax. Pool and hot tub were perfect, nice to have two outdoor dining tables, kitchen was spacious and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable, too.

Clean and comfy, great communication....needs some attention.

Tony the Owner and Frank the Property Managers are great! TONS of pre-arrival communication, flexibility and a comfortable property. Frank was on time when we arrived, welcoming and an excellent host for our stay! Even brought us fresh citrus a couple of days! Thanks to Westjet we had to reduce our stay by one day but Tony was awesome about it. The outdoor space was generous, private, very quiet (which we loved), mountain views and had a great sitting/BBQ area in the back yard.

Palm Springs Gem!

It was a pleasure working with the owner Tony and the caretaker Frank. Both extremely pleasant and helpful. House was wonderful. Very comfortable and pool/hot tub were great. would recommend this home to anyone.

Paradise

The property met our needs perfectly. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The landscaping was beautiful and we enjoyed our time at the pool. Frank the property manager was great and assisted us when necessary and brought us grapefruit and lemons off his trees. Renting the property from Tony was easy and he was quick to respond to my questions. We had a great time!

Spring Break 2022

This property was well stocked, had great pool and hot tub and was easily accessible. Great communication with property management. We were a family of four and this suited us perfectly.

Nice little place

Frank was a wonderful host..he anticipated everything. Nicely stocked kitchen with all of the basics. Only complaints are the red furniture in livingroom..very uncomfortable. The master bed was hard also. Other beds had a topper but not the master. The house could use a few updates..faucets, dishwasher, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fourth Time to Palm Springs and Exactly What We Were Looking For!!!

Our whole experience with renting this property for a week was amazing! All communication was timely and friendly; the location was perfect and central; the landscaping is absolutely beautiful; the pool is a nice size, beds were comfortable, kitchen amenities were plentiful. The perfect antidote to more than 8 months of pandemic SIP.

My 17-year old son and 2 girlfriends joined me during Thanksgiving week, to soak up the sun, swim in the perfect temp pool and luxuriate in the lovely spa at this wonderful property. Lovingly landscaped with palms, citrus trees, bougainvillea, oleander and plumeria, this classic California mid-century home is flanked by its beautiful front yard and back garden. The impeccably clean house is nicely appointed with a fully functional kitchen with all the gadgets you might need (gratis coffee too) and two smart TVs for your streaming pleasure. Pool towels are provided. Tony, the owner was communicative as needed and Frank, the house manager is a charming chap. His care for our enjoyment of the home was evident and he came quickly when I realized that we “somehow” had turned off the heater in the spa (oops.) I look forward to visiting Palm Springs again and staying at Tony’s for another respite from the worries of the world.
