Overall a pleasant experience
The house was equipped with most everything we needed for a month's stay with a few exceptions. There were no hand towels or face cloths in the bathrooms. There was no towel rack in the master bedroom bath and only one rack and two hooks in the other bath. Four people were using that bath and often they hung their towels over chairs in their bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet except for the planes taking off and landing over the house. It took a couple of days to get used to the noise. The house was located on a corner of a busy street so we also had traffic noise. There is a TV in each of the three bedrooms as well as the living room. Unfortunately, we could not get local stations such as ABC, NBC, CBS or FOX. We missed both football playoff games and had to sign up on our laptops to Paramount + to get the Super Bowl. We were not happy.
There was no "notebook" to give us information about the house which would have lessened the number of calls to the manager. Issues such as wifi password, how to lock and unlock the front door, when the garbage was picked up and whatever other issues we needed to know about. Having said this, our overall experience was good. Palm Springs is a fun place to visit.
