Beautiful property

We stayed for a short trip for a friends birthday, they lived a couple of houses away so the location was ideal. The house and the property were perfect for us, we wish we could have stayed longer.

4 men travel just to golf and enjoy

Perfect Spot for a family

Family of 5 and grandma stayed here for Thanksgiving and we loved it. We opted to pay to heat the pool which gave us built in entertainment. Went for a hike at the nearby trail (.25 miles). The bedroom setup worked really well for us even with 3 young kids we were comfortable and the master suite was massive! We will look to stay here again!

Palm Springs Tranquility

The house and surroundings were perfect in every way. We have stayed in a few houses in Palm Springs and was one of the best. Everything was clean, comfortable and all the amenities were easy to find and use. Our families had a wonderful time and no distractions from the fun of vacationing thanks to the homeowners and Zach and Lexis at the rental management company. One point of consideration: This home is in a very nice neighborhood, so if you cannot keep your volume at a reasonable and considerate level, this probably is not a good choice.

Fabulous Family Vacation

My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate Christmas. The home was very spacious, had all amenities needed, and met our needs. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The master bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub. The house was very comfortable and felt like home.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this property!!

We had such an amazing time! This house was even better than we expected. Large kitchen with everything you need. All of the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and each and every guest just gushed about how comfortable the mattresses were! We ended up spending our 2 full days of vacation parked in & around the pool. No need to leave as the view was amazing and the outdoor space just lovely! We ordered Door Dash one afternoon which was super simple! We took an Uber to dinners downtown which wasn't bad at all. There is also an amazing hiking trail just at the end of the street with spectacular views of the city. The management company was great about allowing us an early check-in. We honestly didn't need them for anything else the entire trip! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Collectively, we ALL agreed this was our favorite vacation rental EVER and we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property and location!

We enjoyed two weeks at this awesome property! We experienced cooler weather and rain during our stay, but it did not stop us from using the heated pool and spa. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home and there is even a wine/beverage cooler located in the kitchen. The rental company is very helpful and could be reached easily when we had questions.

This Property is fantastic

The pictures online don't actually do this justice. Even though the weather wasn't great during our stay we had a great time. House has everything you need. It is clean, well furnished and well stocked with household supplies. We hope to come back again. Great management with easy access and support.

As described, clean, and very responsive management!

I'm hesitant to write this review as I don't want to promote this property. It might not be available the next time we are looking to come to beautiful Palm Springs, hah! We had a low key family holiday at this property with my two boys (11, 9), as well as my nephews/niece (2, 5). The kids loved the pool and all the available toys. The property even had safety features to ensure the kids wouldn't go outside near the pool without a loud warning (optional, you can turn this off easily). The property managers were incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns.

Excellent!

Our family of 6 stayed at the house over Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. The home is beautifully situated next to the Indian Canyons golf course in a lovely clean neighborhood close to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Each bedroom was large and had its own bath. The kitchen was newer and well stocked. We paid to have the pool and spa heated which was great for spending many hours outside. There also were a number of bikes in very good shape for use. I am a hotel snob (Four Seasons is my preference) and this home exceeded my expectations. The property management was very responsive, even on Thanksgiving.

Amazing home to enjoy Palm Springs!

Our family of 9, including grandparents, 2 sets of parents and three children spent 4 nights, 5 days at this fabulous home to celebrate a birthday. The house is beautiful with comfy spacious bedrooms, private bathrooms, a great living space that has beautiful views of the pool and a spacious couch, and a large fully stocked kitchen. We cooked quite a few meals and nothing was lacking for a variety of dishes, cooking pots, pans, and lots of cooking supplies such as spices, oils, etc. The house was clean and well stocked with games, tvs, first aid, sun screen, etc. The only snafu was the entry code wasn’t programmed when we arrive and a quick phone call remedied that. We got an early check in and later check out to fit our flight schedule. We stayed at the and of October with beautiful days in the low 80s, nights in the 50s. In order to fully enjoy the pool and hot tub, we had them heated, which made all the difference. With very fun pool toys and a basketball hoop in the pool, we spent extended time there. We ate meals on the patio, lounged in the outdoor living space on comfy couches and used the BBQ grill. Everything added to a pampered time with ample pool towels, pool float toys and a good sized hot tub. Hedges on north sides have complete privacy and views of the Palm trees and mountains were incredible. The location was perfect for our outings to town for some meals, sightseeing and shopping (a quick 10 minute drive.) We hiked the Indian Canyons, a very short drive, toured the botanical gardens within a mile of the house and spent time at Joshua Tree Park- a must! Our grandkids said this is one of the top places we have stayed together. Location for housing with our vacations adds such a plus to making vacations memorable. We are happy to have had this home in Palm Springs.

Beautiful Home!

This is a great location and beautiful home. There is a nice hike within walking distance and a short drive to town. People should know that if you have a large group or kids you may want a different location. We were five adults and had to stop plying basketball at 2:00 in the afternoon because the neighbors complained the ball was hitting the concrete.

Perfect place to escape and relax!

The property delivered as promised! Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen tools well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and spa and all the pool toys provided. The beds were very comfortable. The check-in and out process was very easy, and communication was excellent. I will be referring this property to friends and family.
