Pictures do not match property
Disappointing stay. Photos appear to be from years ago when they first acquired the property. No maintenance or up keep has been done on the place in years. The place is falling apart.The fire pit furniture was unusable, the sofa was literally falling apart and we had to pick up pieces of it every day so our dogs would not eat them. BBQ was not as shown in the photos - BBQ on site was small and caught fire from not having been cleaned or maintained.Air Conditioning broke down during our stay - it was repaired same day but the service tech said the AC unit was on it's last legs.Hot Tub broke down repeatedly so much so the management had to refund to make up for it. Pool deck is flaking paint chips everywhere.On arrival the check in instructions was the 4 digit code for the front door and nothing more. NO documentation was provided for the house, not even the WiFi password... nothing, no instruction on how anything worked or how to use any of the appliances or pool.APEK was of very little help. They have an auto reply system that feels like your talking to an AI chat bot. The repeatedly avoided taking responsibility for the issues.They only took action once I contacted VRBO directly and got them involved for resolution.the only good part of the trip was the beds. All the beds on the property are very comfortable.I would avoid or know what your getting into - AWFUL RENTAL EXPERIENCE.
