We had a great time and highly recommend. One of the best places we've stayed (we do PS 2-3x a year).Highlights- Kenny and Josh were the best. Nice and ridiculously responsive and caring.- the beds are comfortable with good pillows! - super appreciate being able to use the garage- good couch and TV set up- plenty of cookware for stove, lots of inside plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware- kitchen overall has all the basics. Lots of empty drawers. The pantry is indeed big and has salt, pepper, some limited other things. Recommend you bring your own olive oil.- pool/hot tub are awesome- the grill is the best - worked exactly like it supposed to (unlike any other place we've stayed) - LOVED the patio overhang with the comfy double lounger. Could be in the shade the whole day. - we stayed M-F. I picked up 12 golf balls from the grass when we arrived and only had 3 land the whole week Considerations- the wifi doesn't work great outside, even on the patio- the car charger was just Tesla. Couldn't find adapters to make it work for our car. Not sure if people have wandered off with them over time- there was one break in the fencing and our dogs got out. Great communication with Kenny and Josh and they said they'll get it fixed. - very limited outdoor glassware, plates, bowls. We had some delivered to supplement.- the bar is cool. Also has limited barware -- glasses and a shaker, now an ice bucket. We used a can opener to open beer. No corkscrew that we could find.

My family and I loved staying at this fabulous Palm Springs home. Not only was it modern, comfortable, and warm, it was private, clean, and well maintained. The pool, jacuzzi and outside barbeque were fantastic and the multiple firepits and hammocks were a very nice touch. I also appreciated the prompt service from the management when we had a minor issue. Five stars in our book. Wonderful mountain views as well. Highly recommend.

Nice area

Watch out for golf balls LOL, beautiful home with ultimate back garden, pool and hige spa. Shampoo and conditioner could have been better, I would reccomend bring your own if you have long hair like me.Host was wonderful

Spring Break Getaway

This was the perfect Palm Springs house for a good break from reality Plenty of space to spread out, bedrooms were not right on top of each other, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked with towels and super clean. The house is impressive, but the backyard is where the house shines. There was plenty of sitting space, the pool was a nice size and adults can sit spaciously in the hot tub. We did have an 80 pound dog that we brought with us and she had more than plenty of space to run around, and the real grass was such a treat. We would recommend this house to friends!

Great getaway

This home is great for families. The backyard and pool has numerous seating areas to spread out, with amazing mountain views. Everything very well maintained and the property manager was extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Spectacular Stay at Andreas Hills Getaway

The three of us had the best stay at the Andreas Hills Getaway! The home was spectacular! The location and neighborhood were top-notch. Communication was excellent. The check-in process was wonderful. We were thankful that John was there to give us all the details, show us how to work the fire pits, pool and spa, etc. He provided wonderful guest service throughout our stay! The online listing was accurate. The pictures were great, but didn’t do it justice! This home definitely has the “Wow!” factor! The home was spotless, and you could see that it was well cared for. The home had everything that you could possibly need, and then some. We loved that the home was located on the 14th fairway of Indian Canyons Golf Resort. The outdoor oasis, aka the backyard, was amazing! Dry Heat Resorts' motto is "Better Properties & Personal Service". They definitely delivered on that! Thank you, Kenny and John!

Great get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this residence. The property manager John was there to meet us to show us around. I think the pool towels could be upgraded just a tad as the ones provided were as absorbent as paper towels. The pool and spa were very nice. The bedrooms were quiet and having en-suite bathrooms made it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax!

The home was absolutely stunning. Exactly like the photos. Very clean, private and spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed for a 4 day weekend family vacation. The neighborhood is very tranquil and friendly. John was a great host, incredibly responsive and helpful. The view was fantastic, as well as the house. Highly recommended!

Family vacation

Grandparents, Grandchildren, grown children. Extremely clean, check in was easy, lots of living space for 7 adults, we all loved the pool and outdoor spaces.
