We had the most amazing time here. Our host Larry was very responsive and accommodating. The house is on a quiet street and the back area with pool is very private. We really enjoyed the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Splendid Stay

To my surprise, this is the same property I rented several years ago. I was a welcomed surprise because it was a great stay then, and great this time. There were no issues of any kind. Communication with the owner was top notch. Whenever I get to Palm Springs again, I am hoping to rent from him.

Good Rental

House was excellent. As advertised. Clean, well furnished, great amenities. Easy to downtown & local supermarket. Hot tub and pool difficult access in and out. Because of this, as seniors we were restricted in our usage. Several airline departures starting at. 6:00AM provided unwanted wake-up call.

Airport noise

House is directly in the path of departing planes starting at 5:30 AM!There were zero instructions for operating the tv (streaming only) and the host had to come by and put his password in on day one to allow us to use the apps that were available. Also, there are zero check out instructions in the unit. Host said he would text them to us and did not do so. The host skimmed the pool on day two. By the end of the week it had a fair amount of leaves and debris in it. Extra towels were in the mbr closet. Host showed us when he came by to get the tv up and running-he then suggested we could wash towels as we went along and actually said most renters bring their own towels. Make what you will of that attitude. We have rented VRBO’s in Palm Springs for over a decade and this was the weirdest encounter with a host we have had!

Nice location - clean and quiet!

Stayed here for a few days in January and much enjoyed the great communication and accuracy of the listing details. The home is located on a corner lot with a nice private backyard pool/spa. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cooler nights. Definitely feels like home and was well maintained. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location, Very Nice Property

Communication was top-notch: I barely added the question mark or period to the sentence and the answer was there. Property is very clean. It is within walking distance to a major grocery store. It is well-equipped. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed our stay.

Not a 4 bedroom

This place is a three bedroom with an office. The office has no door and only a pull out sofa. Also - the main room has a king bed. The other 2 have a queen & a full. This was advertised as "4 bedrooms" with 1 king and 3 queens - which is false! There was no toilet paper (we had to go out and buy some), and only a couple of towels. Good location, and clean... But very disapointed that it was not accurately advertised.

Great home in Palm Springs

House was spacious, kitchen very well appointed and whole house immaculately clean. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and heated hot tub were a welcome way to unwind after a busy day…did I mention wine helped, too? Larry was quick to respond to our questions and was kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

A great stay

Wonderful stay

We chose this home for our trip to California for my daughter’s 40th birthday. We had a great time. This home was so clean, comfortable and it was very well stocked. We hung out, cooked, bbq’d and swam and truly enjoyed ourselves. The spa tub is a must! The AC and pool were amazing, kept us cool in the hot Palm Springs temps. Larry was great to work with. I don’t think you will regret staying at this property.
