Many issues only some resolved although host was responsive to texts. Not worth the Host listed a fee of 50/day to heat pool to 86 degrees. After I booked she advised that the fee was going to be 75/day. I paid in advance but pool was not properly heated. We were advised that the pool would be heated in 3 hours. We tried 6 hours later and it was too cold for the adults (below 70) and the children only went in briefly (less that 15 minutes). I called the host and she stated she would call her pool person to come again which he did next day. After 6 additional hours of heating the pool was warm (maybe 75) on the top 12 inches but cold below that (65 or less). Another issue was the kitchen sink which had a leak we discovered after it flooded and we had to clean up the water on the floor and remove all items under the sink. A handyman came said there was a crack in the garbage disposal and had to replace it which he would do in a few days. So we had to keep a bucket under the sink and empty it out every few times we used the sink. Lastly, issue with toilet seat, repaired by handyman.When I contacted the host to request a refund b/c the pool was not usable she only offered to refund the difference between what we paid 150 and what she was charged. I said the pool was not usable so we should not have to pay anything for it. She was not willing to do anything differently. This is despite the other issue we had with no offer of compensation for those inconveniences.
