Nos quedamos ahí y todo muy bien. Hasta que el último día el empleado de la recepción no tiene ninguna delicadeza de cómo tratar a un huésped. Fue a tocar a nuestra habitación que necesitábamos irnos antes de las 11:10 y sino nos cobraría extra Aparte cuando nos fuimos le fui a reclamar y me dijo que nos fuéramos que no le importaba que pusiéramos de comentarios Ellos lo quitarían de la página Por eso tiene tan buena calificación Son más en el servicio, poco humanos y aparte solo lo atienden a uno como animal

BUEN HOTEL A BUEN PRECIO CERCA DE FASHION VALLEY
Después de haber pasado la noche en otro hotel en la zona de más "renombre" y más caro (y mucho más viejo), decidimos cambiar a este Hampton Inn. Fue la mejor opción de verdad que el hotel está prácticamente nuevo, habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas y buen lugar de estacionamiento (+16 usd por noche). Definitivamente regresaremos en futuras visitas a la zona.

If you’re looking to relax this place is for you. We really enjoyed staying there. The staff were great. I felt safe knowing that no one can enter the place without a code. The place can use a little update but it’s still nice.

Lovely little boutique hotel in a good location -However I am not quite sure it was worth almost $500 a night frankly. Walls are paper thin. I heard my neighbors cell phone alarm go off three times (and it was on mute so it was the buzzing I heard so distinctly that I thought it was mine)as they kept hitting the snooze button. Maid never came to clean my room. I think you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

The staff was great and property looked good the property doors were tough to open but what ruined the trip was another guest. A guest made very rude comments because of my ethnicity so I would not bring my family to this property again. In my past experience people act in this manner because it is allowed and if someone doesn’t step in and put a stop to it. I was with my family and would have hoped that this guest would have been removed immediately for their erratic behavior. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY!!

The hotel does not endorse or allow discrimination or racist derogatory comments of any kind. That being said, we cannot evict one guest based upon another's perceived insult.

We were thrown out of the hotel by the front desk employee while checking in - a rude person that insulted us and called us - an elderly couple - names. The reason: we questioned the purpose of him charging USD 250 to our credit card as security for us not bringing the room key back when leaving the hotel. We had to book another hotel, with extra costs and a lot of distress after a long travel from Denmark. A terrible experience.

We were greeted promptly at arrival and were checked in within a matter of minutes. The room is very clean and we absolutely love the decor and style. Our favorite was the rainfall glass shower. The bed was very comfortable. When we came back after dinner tonight the pool area was very nicely lit by candle light, which was a very nice touch. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. These Iowan’s loved the friendless!

Poor Poor Poor from walking into the establishment The GM did everything to put us off Palm Springs We had 3 rooms booked Bedrooms very poor one of our number sat on his room bed and it collapsed !! No hot water Fittings in shower very dated We tried in all 3 rooms to get hot water but no success Spoke to reception without any improvement In all honesty if had not had dinner booked we would have checked out and moved to another hotel If you appreciate the finer basics this is the last place you want to stay We are 3 UK citizens all business owners and Palm Springs is great for a stop over between LV and the west coast STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

The room and check-in area smelled of mildew and mold. The curtains were torn and didnt fit over the entire window. The main light in the room was burned out. They would only give us one key, even though there were three of us. This hotel is, at best, a three star hotel.

Amazing exoperience
Amazing experience. Was there for a conference and spend the first night in another hotel. Awful experience!!!!! Cancelled second night and came across Palm Springs Hotel. It was actually less expensive than the one we were in......Experience was amazing....Rooms were amazing and the quietness was relaxing. Thank you so much will definitely be back!!!
