Wow! We arrived to a freshly cleaned home that was spacious and comfortable. Loved the decor and the backyard was fabulous. Fred, our host, was amazing. He responded promptly whenever we needed to contact him and was kind enough to turn on the spa remotely so it would be heated when you returned from dinner. There is a restrictive requirement for not playing any music outdoors night or day. But it was so serene outside it didn't bother us. Highly recommend.

Fabulous home in a fabulous neighborhood! Our party of six enjoyed the layout and wonderful amenities this home has to offer. Close proximity to downtown PS was a bonus! Fred was wonderful - great communication before and during our stay. We look forward to a return visit!

Great host, very communicative and promp with replies. Beautifully decorated property, very quiet and serene. Large pool, plenty of outdoor seating areas, with a fire pit, and BBQ area. Clean house, with large and comfortable rooms. Only a 15 min walk to coffee and a very short drive to everything else.

Highly recommend this property. Stayed here with our family for a nice vacation get away. Great pool area. House is very spacious, clean and has everything that is needed. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom which was great for us and our kids to have their own space. The kitchen was huge, great laundry area as well. As mentioned though the pool is the star of the house set in a very spacious yard. We also appreciated the use of the garage in the Palm Springs heat and sun. The property manager/owner made our trip so easy and was super quick to respond to questions and help with anything we needed - absolutely the best experience we've had with any property manager. House is in a great location and neighboorhood. Would absolutely stay here again anytime we come back to Palm Springs.

Great house in a great location

The House is modern, stylish and super clean. Very comfortable beds, lots of space and a great pool. The communication with the owner Fred was excellent. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Palm Springs. This is the best house we ever rented.

Flawless

We absolutely loved the property. The layout of the house, the upkeep, the amenities, and the location are all top notch. We were in regular communication with Fred, one of the owners, and he was delightful. They also have the best house binder I've ever seen (description of processes and timetables and how to work the hot tub, etc). All week we said: In Fred we trust. We will be back.

Wonderful House in Perfect Location

This is a really nice house in a beautiful neighborhood location. Very clean and well-appointed. Wonderful pool and spa. Great view of the mountains and perfect location for taking daily walks and hikes. Five minute drive to downtown PS for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended this house and will happily stay there again,

Great Place!

Had a great few days here. Owner was great and communicated well and was available via text. Home and pool were great and well stocked. Gas grill was a plus. If you are looking for a place to party, this is NOT the place (strict noise ordinance) If you are looking for a place to chill in Palm Springs, this is the place! Would definitely stay here again

Spacious & Beautiful

This house is 5 Stars all the way. Fred, the property manager, was readily available and so helpful. The home is huge! The kitchen is very big with ample seating both at the island and the dining table. The front sitting area is gorgeous and comfy. ALL THREE bathrooms are big. The two front rooms are smaller but perfectly fine for two to a bed. The primary bedroom is HUGE! Plenty of space for an air mattress if needed. The bathroom in there is very big with a glorious bath tub and a shower that could fit about 4 or 5 people if desired. It also has a spacious walk-in closet with hangers and a four-drawer dresser. The back yard is absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about our experience staying here. Thank you, Fred!

Amazing place

One of the best places I have ever stayed at in Palm Springs. The house is huge and included a lot of space. The house is well decorated and neighborhood is in a great location. Overall, we had such a great experience and the hosts were amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Located in a very nice and quite neighborhood, this was one of the best, if not the very best house we stayed in Palm Springs over the years. Immaculately clean house with high ceilings, everything is brand new, nice modern design, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice large backyard with good size pool and spa. Steve, the property manager was very welcoming and responsive. Will definately stay here again.
