The place was disgusting and smelled horrible! They tried to prop the windows open to get rid of the smell, but it didn’t work. The windows have a layer of spray paint or something around the edges, the blinds have stains and tears, the flooring in the bathroom was done poorly so there is a gap where dust and filth collect.It says there is a heated pool, but I didn’t see one anywhere.I couldn’t even stay there, due to the musty and chemical-like smell. The host did not refund any of my money. I wish there was an option to give no stars. Look at reviews from the most recent and you will see that they have been getting worse and worse!

Suggest you remove the pool as it is empty and fenced off. No hand towels in bathroom only facecloths. Our second stay. Like the central location. Will stay again in the future.

This place is super rundown. It’s may be good for one night, but it was completely thick with dust underneath the bed. Also, you should know that the bedroom shows a wall with the communities laundry so you will hear the laundry spinning around and around, especially if there are shoes in it The windows are also considerably flimsy. They look like plastic they could easily be broken in for a hotel prices, I expect hotel quality. The location is great, but I would never stay here again.

The location was great however the finishes done badly and were very worn. The units were surrounded by a sandy lot front back and sides so sand was constantly being brought into the room. There was no place to set anything, only 2 hooks in the whole place and even the closet only had a lower rod so nothing long could be hung like dresses. The bathroom only had one sink that was normal in size but had basically no counter space for toiletries and the laminate flooring was installed very badly so caulk had to be used to fill the gaps. Having the kitchen was nice but there was no handle on the oven door which with everything else just made the place seem worn and run down.

Can't beat the location!! The bungalow was small but well kept and clean. The property was well maintained but it's showing it's age. Just a couple of blocks to all downtown PSP has to offer.

Palm Springs little get away.

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed our time there. The birds in the villa were so beautiful making it very peaceful. We had a little bit of an issue finding the place and communication with checking in and letting them know about the Toiletries issue.

Great neighborhood but adequate space

The location was ideal. Villa M was a bit worn around the edges. Lots of deferred maintenance. But the price was right so who am I to complain!

Perfect Overnight Stay

The property was nice and met our needs for an overnight stay while traveling through Palm Springs. If you are traveling with dogs, be aware there is no grassy area for them to potty. We walked down a few blocks to a grass patch.

Excellent stay

The property was clean and quiet and is conveniently located. I needed a place that took pets as I was traveling with my dog, and this worked great. The property manager was very communicative and helpful, as I extended my stay a couple of times and he helped make the changes in the VRBO system.

Only recommendation I have is to put a curtain on the bathroom window because it was beaming on our necks when we used the restroom.. lol. Other than that we are so happy with VRBO as first time users :) thank you 4 making the process seamless and for the communication!

Fantastic location under the radar

Excellent value for the location. Literally walking distance to everything downtown. Fast and friendly communication from the host. It was the quietest place at night that we have ever had in P.S. We will definitely return for as long as they are here.
