Overall, we appreciated and enjoyed our stay at the villa. Lots of space and options for families/couples. The location is convenient and a large group has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves. There were a number of minor issues and one major one - the large pool was filled with algae when we arrived and was not usable during most of our stay. There is a smaller pool, which would have been good if our group was smaller (we had 13 people, including children who wanted to swim).It seamed like we were the first group to stay in the villa after some renovations and the smaller house had plaster dust covering the beds and floors. People staying there needed to shake out their sheets. There was also an ant problem we were unaware of, so a lot of food was ruined sitting on the kitchen counter (we wish we had been warned because they knew about the issue).Also, be aware when reserving to make sure you indicate the correct amount of people. Although the owner sent us a quote for 13 people, we were charged additional money per person because the number of people on the reservation was smaller than the actual number.
